摘要: In a manufacturing method of a push-button switch, a key-top end of a pressing element 25 is inserted into a lower-mold recess for the pressing element, which is provided in a surface of a lower mold. A reinforcing plate 28 is placed in the lower mold so that the pressing element 25 extends through a plate through hole of the reinforcing plate 28. An upper mold and the lower mold are moved toward each other so as to insert the other end of the pressing element 25 into an upper-mold recess for the pressing element, which is provided in a lower surface of the upper mold. A liquid silicone rubber 27, which contains a component that does not adhere to the upper and lower molds but adheres to the pressing element 25, is introduced into a cavity. After the upper and lower molds are pressed and held at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time, the upper and lower molds are opened to remove a molded product in which an intermediate portion in an axial direction of the pressing element 25 is supported in the plate through hole by the silicone rubber 27. A back surface of a key top 26 is attached to the key-top end of the pressing element 25 in the molded product. Thus, the pressing element and the elastic member are easily and reliably integrally molded by using the elastic member, and durability of the push-button switch is improved.

摘要: The present invention has as its object developing a method that does not involve genomic modification and which yet is capable of inducing cell death in pluripotent stem cells such as embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells, as well as in differentiated cells other than cardiomyocytes derived from pluripotent stem cells, but not in cardiomyocytes. It has been revealed that by establishing a method capable of inducing cell death in cells other than cardiomyocytes in a very efficient manner by adding a substance having no recognized inherent toxicity or cell death inducing action to the culture conditions for pluripotent stem cells and non-cardiomyocytes, the stated problem can be solved without relying upon genomic modification.

摘要: The present invention relates to a tape heater including: at least one flexible fabric base formed from a heat-resistant thread, the at least one flexible fabric base including a first fabric base part and a second fabric base part; and a heater member, in which the heater member is interposed between the first fabric base part and the second fabric base pan. Since the heater member is interposed between the fabric base(s), the tape heater of the present invention exhibits superior flexibility and stretchability and is superior in easily being wrapped around a pipe, as well as reliably protecting the heater member. Further, tape heaters can be continually manufactured, so long as weaving or knitting of the fabric base(s) is caused to proceed while the heater member is interposed between the fabric base(s), to thus join the fabric base(s). Hence, enhancement of production efficiency and prevention of an increase in production cost can be attained.
