    摘要: An objective is to provide a light source device having a light emission source such as a semiconductor laser (LD), an LED and a lamp, and an optical part such as a lens and a fiber for transmitting, transferring and light-focusing, in which, by controlling the amount of sulfate ions inside the device at a low level, adhesion of ammonium sulfate to the optical part can be prevented. The light source device includes a light source for emitting light, an optical part for processing light emitted from the light source, and a housing in which the optical part is housed, or to which the optical part is mounted, and the housing is formed by machining material that includes no sulfur component, and the material is exposed on the surface thereof.

    摘要: In a matrix of light detectors forming a part of a three-dimensional measurement sensor, outputs of light detectors belonging to a same row are connected to a common signal line. An output of each light detector is read, through scanning by the horizontal scan circuit, to the signal line from left to right in order, during a horizontal scan period which is sufficiently short such that slit light of a light-sectioning method can be assumed to be substantially stationary. A position detector determines a time from start of the horizontal scan period until detection of a maximum peak of a signal in the signal line. The time indicates a distance from an end of the row from which scanning is started to the light detector detecting the peak of the slit light. A recording processor records a value of a distance determined by the position detector in correspondence to a value of a counter indicating a projection angle of the slit angle.

    摘要: This matching unit is used for a semiconductor plasma processing apparatus supplying high-frequency power via feeding line to an electrode provided in a chamber, and includes first and second variable capacitors, and a distributed constant circuit, which is structured by copper plates connected between an electrode of the second variable capacitor and an end of an internal conductor of the feeding line and the like. The distributed constant circuit and the feeding line delay the phase of a high-frequency voltage by ½ wavelength. Therefore, the same state as those when the electrode of the second variable capacitor and the electrode inside the chamber are directly connected can be realized, and matching is easily attained.
