摘要: The present invention relates to a connector housing and a method of manufacturing the waterproof connector housing. The waterproof connector housing according to the present invention includes: an engagement frame for receiving a mating connector at a front portion thereof; a ring-like primer layer formed on a wall of at least an engagement face of the engagement frame; and addition-reaction fluid silicone rubber formed on the ring-like primer layer, wherein the addition-reaction fluid silicone rubber is combined with the primer layer by vulcanizing the fluid silicone rubber such that a ring-like packing is integrally formed with the connector housing. The method of manufacturing the waterproof connector housing includes the steps of: manufacturing a connector housing having an engagement frame for receiving a mating connector at a front portion thereof; attaching a primer layer to a wall of an engagement face of the engagement frame; drying the primer to form a ring-like primer layer; putting the connector housing with the primer layer between a male metal mold and a female metal mold having an opening; injecting fluid silicone rubber into the opening of the female metal mold; vulcanizing the fluid silicone rubber to form a ring-like packing in the opening; and removing the male and female metal molds to take out a molded product in which the ring-like packing is integrally formed with the connector housing.

摘要: Provided herein is a resin composite material containing graphite fiber which has good electrical conductivity and changes only a little in electrical resistance after processing. These desired properties are achieved by incorporating a synthetic resin matrix with a specific type of graphite fiber. The graphite fiber has a structure characterized by that the hexagonal network planes of carbon atoms are oriented substantially parallel to the fiber axis and like the annual ring. It is produced by bringing a hydrocarbon compound into contact, at a high temperature, with a metallic catalyst in the form of ultrafine particles to yield carbon fiber grown in the gas phase, and subsequently graphitizing thus obtained carbon fiber.

摘要: A high tension feeding cable, includes:a body of cable which has a high tension core for supplying a high tension current, and an inner covering layer provided on the outer surface of said high tension core, cylindrical terminals, attached to said cable body, for connecting the high tension core to mating electrical apparatus, said cylindrical terminal having a connecting section which connects the inside and outside of the cylinder, said cylindrical terminal being attached to said cable body so as to have the connecting section positioned in the neighborhood of the end surface position of said cable body, and terminal caps, provided on the end sections of the body of cable with the cylindrical terminal, for protecting said cylindrical terminals and further for connecting the high tension feeding cable mechanically to mating electrical apparatus. The terminal caps have (i) a surrounding section that surrounds at least a part of said cylindrical terminal and cable body, and (ii) a projected section that projects from the outside surface to the inside surface of the cylinder through the connecting section in said cylindrical terminal.The high tension feeding cable eliminates positional slippage of the connecting terminal and the terminal caps with respect to the cable body.

摘要: An electromagnetic wave-shielding material is disclosed. The material is comprised of one or more electromagnetic wave-shielding layers and one or more surface layers. The shielding layers are comprised of a thermoplastic resin, an aluminum or aluminum alloy and electrically conductive carbon black. The surface layers are comprised substantially of thermoplastic resin. The proportion of the carbon black and aluminum in the shielding layer are from 5 to 50% by volume and 5 to 50% by volume, respectively, provided the total proportion of the carbon black and aluminum is 10 to 60% by volume. The difference in solubility parameter between the thermoplastic resin of the surface layer and the thermoplastic resin of the shielding layer is 3.0 or less. The material has superior mechanical strength and electromagnetic wave-shielding properties.

摘要: The connector includes at least a terminal accommodating cavity for receiving a receptacle terminal of a rectangular hollow beam. The receptacle terminal has an electrical connection portion including a resilient contact tongue. The terminal accommodating cavity has a pin terminal insertion opening. Furthermore, a distortion preventing member extending from said pin terminal insertion opening is provided in the terminal accommodating cavity. The distortion preventing member is constructed to prevent distortion of a pin terminal even when the pin terminal is incorrectly inserted in a slanting direction through the pin terminal insertion opening into the receptacle terminal. The distortion preventing member has a rising wall rising from a bottom wall of the terminal accommodating cavity. An extended wall is provided to extend from a free end of the rising wall into the terminal accommodating cavity. The extended wall may have a slit positioned in a middle portion thereof, the slit extending in the insertion direction of the pin terminal.

摘要: A lubricating structure for a wet multi-plate clutch is disclosed. The clutch comprises a clutch center member, a clutch guide member positioned radially outward with respect to said clutch center member, a plurality of friction plates disposed between the clutch center member and the clutch guide, the friction plates being alternately coupled to the clutch center member and the clutch guide member respectively. A clutch piston is located adjacent a first end one of the friction plates, for urging the friction plates into frictional engagement with one another, wherein a gap is formed between the piston and the end friction plate before the urging of the engagement of the friction plates. The lubricating structure comprises a first bore formed in the clutch guide member at a position near the first end one of the friction plates for discharging lubricating oil therethrough, and a second bore formed in the clutch center member for supplying lubricating oil to the clutch. The lubricating oil flows from the second bore, through the gap between the clutch piston and the first end friction plate, and through the first bore, before the clutch piston urges the friction plates into engagement, wherein the gap is closed and the flow of lubricating oil through the gap is stopped, when the clutch piston urges the friction plates into engagement.

摘要: The present invention provides a sealing component for connector waterproofing having an excellent heat resistance, low-temperature resistance and oil resistance which can be economically produced in a reduced molding time. A novel sealing component for connector waterproofing is provided, which comprises a vulcanized composition comprising at least (a) 100 parts by weight of an organopolysiloxane represented by the following average composition formula (I), (b) from 5 to 500 parts by weight of a finely divided silica filler, (c) from 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a dialkyl peroxide or peroxy ketal which has a half-life of 1 hour at a temperature of from 130.degree. C. to 150.degree. C., (d) from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a silicon compound having two or more Si--H bonds per molecule, and (e) from 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of an organic peroxide represented by the following general formula (II):R.sup.1.sub.m SiO.sub.(4-m)/2 (I)wherein R.sup.1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and m represents a positive number of from 1.98 to 2.02; ##STR1## wherein X represents a C.sub.2-8 unsubstituted divalent hydrocarbon group; and R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 may be the same or different and each represent a C.sub.3-10 monovalent hydrocarbon group or a group represented by --SiR.sup.4.sub.3 (in which R.sup.4 represents a methyl, ethyl or phenyl group).

摘要: A fuse includes a meltable and conductive metal element mainly containing Cu and having a blowout portion, and a low-melting-point metal chip fixed at the blowout portion. The low-melting-point metal chip comprises a Sn-Cu alloy. Preferably, the low-melting-point metal chip comprises an alloy containing 0.5 to 3.5% by weight of Cu and all the residual content of Sn. Also preferably, the low-melting-point metal chip comprises an alloy containing 0.5 to 3.5% by weight of Cu, 1.0 to 6.0% by weight of Sb and all the residual content of Sn.
