摘要： Connector assembly (2, 3) includes internal and external connector housings (7, 15) matable with each other. The assembly includes a cam projection (3A) provided to one of the internal and external connector housings. The assembly includes a lever (8) provided rotatably to another one of the internal and external connector housings. The lever defines a cam channel (13) for guiding the cam projection therein to mate the internal and external connector housings with each other. The assembly includes a false-assembly preventing structure (3Ba, 3Bb S1, S2) operative to prevent false-assembly of the internal and external connector housings at an initial mating. The lever is rotatable to push the cam projection to space the internal and external connector housings off.

摘要： Housing-side intimate contact ribs are formed on a rear end surface of a male connector housing, and a holder-side intimate-contact ribs are formed on a mat seal holder which holds a mat seal on the male connector housing. These intimate-contact ribs are inserted respectively in inlet portions of intimate-contact cavity portions formed in the mat seal, thereby provisionally retaining the mat seal. In this condition, metal terminals can be easily and positively passed respectively through wire insertion holes in the mat seal.

Also preferably, the low-melting-point metal chip comprises an alloy containing 0.5 to 3.5% by weight of Cu, 1.0 to 6.0% by weight of Sb and all the residual content of Sn.

摘要： An integrally molded automotive waterproof connector is disclosed which comprises a thermoplastic resin and integrated therewith an oil-bleeding silicone rubber, the thermoplastic resin containing a thermoplastic resin oligomer containing at least one aliphatic unsaturated group. In the connector, the adhesion between the thermoplastic resin and the silicone rubber is satisfactory regardless of the length of storage period as compared with connectors comprising a thermoplastic resin and a silicone rubber integrated therewith after priming. Further, the connector of the present invention is excellent in production efficiency and workability, is reduced in connector housing fitting force, and can retain satisfactory waterproofness.

The semiconductor laser is mounted on the board, and the laser emit a laser beam. The lens focuses the laser beam from the semiconductor laser. The optical fiber is optically coupled to the lens to receive the laser beam emitted from the semiconductor laser and focused by the lens. The lens holder holds the lens on the optical axis of the semiconductor laser. The electronic cooling element adjusts the temperature of the semiconductor laser, and the board is fixed to the upper surface of the electronic cooling element. The support rods support the lens holder at a position opposing a light-exit end face of the board.

The sealing part for connector waterproofing of the present invention is satisfactory in heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, and oil resistance and can be produced at low cost in a reduced molding time.

摘要： A clutch operational control apparatus (75) controls an engaging force of a starting clutch (5) which is provided in a power transmitting path including an automatic transmission (CVT). The control apparatus comprises an idling state detector of an engine, a vacuum pressure detector for detecting an actual intake vacuum pressure of the engine, a range judging unit for judging a shift position of a manual shift lever, a target intake vacuum pressure determining unit for determining a target intake vacuum pressure, and clutch engaging force control means for controlling the clutch engaging force. The target intake vacuum pressure determining unit determines the target intake vacuum pressure based on the actual intake vacuum pressure when it is judged that the shift position is in the non-driving range and further when it is detected that said engine is in the idling state. The clutch engaging force control means controls the clutch engaging force so that the actual intake vacuum pressure coincides with the target intake vacuum pressure when it is judged that the shift position is in the driving range and further when it is detected that the engine is in the idling state.
