    摘要: A controller controls the operations of a humidity control apparatus and an air conditioner. The controller includes a power consumption detector, a target value setting processor, and an operation control unit. The power consumption detector detects the power consumption of the humidity control apparatus and the air conditioner. The target value setting processor performs optimal target value setting processing by performing first or second processing. The first processing lowers a target operating frequency of a humidity controlling compressor and a target evaporation temperature in a utilization-side heat exchanger. The second processing raises the target operating frequency and the target evaporation temperature. The optimal target value setting processing sets the target operating frequency and the target evaporation temperature so as to minimize the power consumption. The operation control unit controls the humidity control apparatus to achieve the target operating frequency and the air conditioner to achieve the target evaporation temperature.

The probe card includes one or more inspecting chips, which can perform non-contact transmissions with the first subject chip in the first semiconductor wafer and the second subject chip in the second semiconductor wafer.

The magnetic toner has an inorganic fine powder and a magnetic toner particle containing a binder resin, a magnetic body, and a release agent, wherein in a stress relaxation measurement using a rotating plate rheometer, the magnetic toner exhibits a yield value A at 25° C. of at least 3×106 (sec), and the magnetic toner that has been heated to 80° C. and then cooled to 25° C. exhibits a yield value B at 25° C. of not more than 1×105 (sec).

    摘要: A facility working apparatus includes objects (1), a management apparatus (2), and an exterior information source (3) such as a weather company, a power company or the like. Each object (1) and the management apparatus (2), the exterior information source (3) and the management apparatus (2) are connected via a network. Each object (1) includes a facility (1a) such as a heat storage air conditioner, power storage air conditioner or the like, and a controlling apparatus (1b) for working and controlling the facility (1a) and for extracting facility information of the facility (1a) and user determination information. The management apparatus (2) includes a database (2a) and a data processing section (2b). The data processing section (2b) in the management apparatus (2) carries out processing based upon facility information, user determination data, and exterior information, and generates working and controlling information. The information is transferred to corresponding controlling apparatus (1b). Performance required for the control apparatus for controlling each facility can be suppressed to be low performance, and sufficient working accuracy of each facility can be maintained.

The image data compression apparatus generates image data having pixel data, each of which is constituted by a luminance signal and color difference signals, and generates n.times.m block data. Block components constituted by a plurality of luminance signals, color difference signals, and an n.times.m bit map representing a distribution of luminance signal components, all of which represent the generated blocks, are generated to compress the data.
