    摘要: A fuel distributor for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines having at least one fuel injection valve and at least one valve carrier which has a receiving bore for the fuel injection valve. The fuel injection valve includes an end flange surrounding the receiving bore on which flange the fuel injection valve is axially supported by means of a collar. The end flange of the valve carrier and the collar of the fuel injection valve are embodied as mutually corresponding parts of a bayonet mount, in order to provide positional fixation of the fuel injection valve independently of a plug hood to be mounted onto a protruding end of the fuel injection valve. The plug hood includes blocking tangs on an end face that form-fittingly engage recesses in the bayonet mount that serve the purpose of locking and unlocking the fuel injection valve.

    摘要: An electromagnetic valve consists of two valve housing parts, connected by crimping and axially braced, and having a magnetic pipe care therein. A flat armature is positively connected with a spherically shaped valve closing part, which extends through a central opening in a guide membrane for cooperation with a valve seat. The guide membrane rests via an outer circumference on a collar and is supported there via the axial tensioning force between the valve housing parts in assembled form. The guide membrane is welded to the collar on the outer circumference upon at least two points. Before the valve housing parts are combined, the guide membrane, abutting the collar, in concentrically guided into position by a centering body, having a slightly larger diameter than the valve closing part, on the valve seat and is welded at said points in this position. Thereupon the centering body is removed and the actual assembly of the valve is performed.

    摘要: An electromagnetically actuable fuel injection valve, which serves to supply fuel to mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition. The fuel injection valve includes a base plate into which pole pieces having bent poles are inserted. Magnetic coils are fitted onto the pole pieces. A first permanent magnet is inserted between the poles and a second permanent magnet is disposed between the magnetic conductor elements disposed on the other end of the pole pieces. Beginning at the base plate, the magnetic coils and the pole pieces are provided with a sprayed-on plastic jacket. The plastic jacket is inserted together with the base plate into an internal housing bore of a valve housing. A valve group is inserted into an outlet pipe of the valve housing which has an armature oriented toward the poles and joined with a valve needle which on its other end has a closing head that cooperates with a valve seat on a valve seat body and can be raised from the valve seat in the fuel flow direction.

    摘要: An electromagnet is proposed which serves in particular for actuating a fuel injection valve for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines. The electromagnet includes a housing and a magnetic coil mounted on a core. The supply of electric current to the magnetic coil is effected via contact prongs, which protrude via insulating inserts into the housing and whose ends are yieldingly surrounded by loops embodied on contact lugs. The contact lugs are disposed on the carrier body and on the other end are electrically conductively connected with the wire ends of the magnetic coil.

    摘要: A known fuel injection valve that can be secured to a fuel distributor by rotating the fuel injection valve about a longitudinal valve axis. A first electrical contact element extends out of the valve housing, parallel to the longitudinal valve axis. Such fuel injection valves can be electrically contacted by a bank of contacts that can be mounted on the fuel distributor in a direction of the longitudinal valve axis. The novel fuel injection valve includes first electrical contact elements which extend radially outward. By rotating the fuel injection valve about its longitudinal valve axis, an electrically conductive connection can be made between first electrical contact elements and second electrical contact elements that electrically contact the connection in the fuel injection valve. In this way, a simple, very compact, safe and secure electrical contacting of the fuel injection valves is attained. The electrically actuatable fuel injection valve according to the invention is especially suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition.

The fuel distributor is easily manufactured from a profiled semi-finished product and has a fuel volume, free of vapor bubbles, located around the fuel injection valve. During a hot start of the internal combustion engine, this fuel volume permits fuel which is free from bubbles and permits a good ignitability to be sprayed through the fuel injection valves. The fuel distributor according to the invention is particularly suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing spark-ignition internal combustion engines.
