摘要: A vehicle including: a tank configured to be filled with fuel gas; a receptacle configured to be connected to a nozzle included in a fuel gas filling apparatus; a filling passage configured to provide communication between the receptacle and the tank; a heating unit configured to heat the receptacle; a determination unit configured to determine whether or not a parameter value, correlated with a filling speed of the fuel gas filled into the tank from the fuel gas filling apparatus, indicates decrease in the filling speed during filling of the fuel gas into the tank; and a control unit configured to, when the determination unit determines that the parameter value indicates decrease in the filling speed during filling of the fuel gas into the tank, to cause the heating unit to start heating of the receptacle during filling of the fuel gas into the tank.

摘要: An expansion tank which comprises a tank having a predetermined volume capacity; an expandable elastomeric bladder in the tank, partitioning tank volume into a liquid-containing portion for holding liquid and a gas-containing portion for holding a gas under a pressure that defines a normal pressurized gas volume when the liquid-containing portion holds a predetermined liquid volume; and a proximity sensor mounted to the tank at the gas-containing portion thereof and adapted to emit an alarm signal when volume of the gas-containing portion is reduced.

摘要: A system for measuring pressure of an in-tank regulator includes a direct-pipe flow path which directly communicates with an inside of a high-pressure container, a high-pressure sensor, of which a portion is movable into the direct-pipe flow path, fastened to and separated from the direct-pipe flow path, and a shut-off valve disposed on the direct-pipe flow path between the high-pressure container and the high-pressure sensor, wherein when the high-pressure sensor is separated from the direct-pipe flow path, the direct-pie flow path is sealed by the shut-off valve.

摘要: When a calibration starting condition of a pressure sensor is satisfied while a fuel cell vehicle is traveling, the fuel cell vehicle starts to travel by using electric power supplied from a secondary battery. In the fuel cell vehicle, a pressure sensor is calibrated based on hydrogen pressure in a hydrogen gas flow channel downstream of a pressure reducing valve after a shut-off valve of a hydrogen tank is closed, and the hydrogen in a hydrogen gas flow channel is exhausted until hydrogen pressure upstream of the pressure reducing valve and hydrogen pressure downstream of the pressure reducing valve become substantially equal to each other. The fuel cell vehicle travels by using electric power supplied from the secondary battery while the pressure sensor is being calibrated, so that calibration processing of the pressure sensor can be performed without causing a noise.

摘要: An intelligent pressure management system that controls the pressure inside a cryogenic tank between variable target vapor pressure values and/or ranges that are set as a function of system operating conditions, by actuating an actively controllable valve disposed on a gaseous fluid vapor conduit; and in some embodiments, additionally by actuating an actively controllable valve on a liquefied gaseous fluid conduit, based on a signal received from a pressure sensor that measures the pressure inside the pressurized tank. The variable target vapor pressure values and/or ranges are determined as a function of at least two system operating conditions which can include the vapor volume in the storage space; the fluid flow demanded by the use device; and a measured temperature parameter that correlates to the temperature of the fluid exiting a heater.

摘要: The present invention relates to a liquefied gas treatment system and method. A liquefied gas treatment system includes: a liquefied gas supply line connected from a liquefied gas storing tank to a source of demand, a heat exchanger provided on the liquefied gas supply line between the source of demand and the liquefied gas storing tank, and configured to heat exchange the liquefied gas supplied from the pump with heat transfer media with heat transfer media, a media heater configured to heat the heat transfer media, a media circulation line connected from the media heater to the heat exchanger, a media state detecting sensor provided on the media circulation line, and configured to measure a state of the heat transfer media, and a controller configured to set a gasification prevention reference value for preventing the heat transfer media from being gasified, and change a flow rate of the heat transfer media flowing into the media heater or calories supplied to the heat transfer media by the media heater on the basis of a state value of the heat transfer media by the media state detecting sensor and the gasification prevention reference value.

摘要: A system for filling an LPG vehicle with LPG using an auxiliary bombe is provided. The system may be configured for easily filling a main bombe with LPG even in the hot season (summertime) or the like during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, by using an auxiliary bombe in addition to using the main bombe. The system may also be capable of always smoothly refilling the main bombe with LPG by moving a portion of the LPG in the main bombe to the auxiliary bombe, when the pressure in the main bombe is higher than the LPG filling pressure of a filling gun in the hot season during which the outside temperature rapidly rises, so that the pressure in the main bombe becomes lower than the filling pressure.

摘要: A small scale natural gas liquefaction plant is integrated with an LNG loading facility in which natural gas is liquefied using a multi-stage gas expansion cycle. LNG is then loaded onto an LNG truck or other LNG transport vehicle at the loading facility using a differential pressure control system that uses compressed boil off gas as a motive force to move the LNG from the LNG storage tank to the LNG truck so as to avoid the use of an LNG pump and associated equipment as well as to avoid venting of boil off vapors into the environment.

The disclosed apparatus is easily affixed to a standard gas cylinder and configured to monitor the pressure of the cylinder contents and activate a visual and/or audio alarm when the contents of the gas/liquid cylinder are no longer in a liquid or partially liquid state as well as activate another visual and/or audio alarm at a prescribed pressure when the contents of the cylinder are nearing depletion.
