    摘要: The power feeding efficiency and the communicable range of an automatic answering system are improved in an automatic answering system using a transponder which performs code communication using amplitude modulation of a carrier with an electromagnetic coupling transponder mounted in a key or the like. In a transceiver for performing the code communication with the transponder via an antenna coil, a circuit for driving the antenna coil in a transceiver based on clock is implemented by a bridge-type complementary circuit of transistors. Thereby, driving current is increased. Meanwhile, a circuit for controlling the driving mode based on a write signal is implemented by a parallel circuit of a transistor to which a power-supply voltage is applied and a resistor. Thereby, a current corresponding to a resistance of the resistor flows through the antenna coil even during the minimum driving when the transistor is turned off, thus improving the power feeding efficiency and the communicable range of the system.

    摘要: A protector block is movable in a direction in which a key K can be inserted, and first engaging portions which engage each other when the protector block is pushed in are formed between the protector block and an outer lock cylinder. A crankshaft is movable in the direction in which the key K can be inserted, and second engaging portions which engage each other when the crankshaft is pushed in are formed between the crankshaft and the outer lock cylinder. When an object in place of a key is inserted into a key insertion hole and attempts are made to forcibly turn the object while pushing the object, the first engaging portions between the protector block and the outer lock cylinder engage each other, preventing the crankshaft from being turned. When attempts are made to turn an inserted object while pulling the object, the second engaging portions between the crankshaft and the outer lock cylinder engage each other, preventing the crankshaft from being turned. In combination with tumblers preventing the crankshaft from being turned, the above structure makes it highly difficult to unlock the handle lock device.

When a first lever rotates in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the cylinder case, a shaft provided on a second lever extends from a side surface of the second lever and engages with a third lever to move a rod attached to the third lever in a lock-releasing direction. Further, when the first lever does not move relatively with respect to the cylinder case, even if the cylinder case swings, the shaft does not extend from the side surface of the second lever and does not engage with the third lever. For this reason, there is no possibility that the rod attached to the third lever move in the lock-releasing direction.

If a key K is correctly and deeply inserted into a key hole 2.sub.1, the tumblers 6 are disengaged from the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2 by a code valley K.sub.1 of the key K, and the pair of cylinder pins 8 are disengaged from the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2 by a tip end K.sub.2 of the key K, thereby permitting the rotation of the inner cylinder 2. If the key K is turned in a state in which it is not correctly and deeply inserted into the key hole 2.sub.1, the rotation is restricted by the engagement of the cylinder pins 8 having a high rigidity into the tumbler engagement grooves 1.sub.2, thereby preventing a damage to the tumblers 6.

    摘要: An ignition key device including an ignition key for use with a motor vehicle and a remote unit which is capable of remotely locking and unlocking a door of the motor vehicle and displaying information concerning and the status of the motor vehicle. A secondary cell is accommodated in the ignition key. When the ignition key is inserted into an ignition switch lock in the motor vehicle, the secondary cell is charged by a storage battery of the motor vehicle. When the ignition key is attached to the remote unit, the stored electric energy is supplied from the secondary cell to the remote unit to energize the remote unit for transmitting and receiving signals to perform the functions of remotely locking and unlocking a door of the motor vehicle and displaying information and the status of the motor vehicle. The ignition key can be detached from the remote unit. The ignition key device achieves a suitable weight balance between the ignition key and the remote unit, and allows the ignition key to be easily inserted into and removed from the ignition switch lock.

    摘要: An automotive antitheft key arrangement for locking and unlocking an automotive vehicular door and for operating an ignition system includes a transmitter, first and second receiving means for receiving an input code signal sent from the transmitter unit, and a discriminator including a comparator which compares the input code signal received by the first or second receiving means with a present code signal. The discriminator produces a first or second comparator output when these signals match each other. In response to the first or second comparator output, electrical power is applied to a door lock mechanism for locking and unlocking the door or a starter motor for causing the engine starting operation. The door lock system further includes means for preventing either the first or second comparator output from being produced in response to turn ON or OFF of a starting switch so that the first comparator output is not produced when the second comparator output is produced, and vice versa.
