    摘要: A multi-port rotary disc valve includes a valve housing having chamber walls that segregate an internal space of the housing into subchambers that each provide a portion of one or more fluid paths through the valve housing. The valve housing includes valve ports, where each valve port communicates with a subchamber and is an axially-extending through hole that resides in a plane that is common to all valve ports. The valve also includes a diverter assembly that is disposed in one of the subchambers and is configured to control fluid flow through the valve housing. The valve also includes seal assemblies disposed in the chamber so as to be aligned with the diverter assembly along a rotational axis of the diverter assembly.

The female screw part and projection part are integrally molded with a resin. The projection part has a spiral inclination face spirally inclining by one round from the working face centering on the center shaft of the female screw. The height H of the working face is equal to or smaller than a pitch P of the female screw. Using the projection part as a fully opening fixing stopper, a motor operated valve includes a valve main body having a valve seat, the female screw member attached to the valve main body, a motor having a rotator and stator, and a valve shaft. The valve shaft is screwed to a female screw of the female screw member, and is rotated and driven by the rotor, and has a fully opening movable stopper capable of contacting the fully opening fixing stopper.

    摘要: A metering valve assembly is provided with a valve stem having one or more tapered channels formed therein for selective engagement with a valve seat to provide incremental regulation of fluid flow through a valve housing. An adjustment knob provides one manner of reciprocal movement of the valve stem within the valve housing. Alternatively, the valve stem can be directly engaged for rotational reciprocal movement within the valve housing. Different embodiments of the valve stem are provided for alternate fluid flow regulation requirements. The metering valve assembly is comprised of a limited number of component parts for ease of manufacture as well as the replacement and exchange of component parts in the field.

    摘要: The exhalation valve includes a valve housing with a valve seat having an annular shoulder, and a valve poppet having a face with a corresponding annular groove. A soft flexible diaphragm seal disposed between the face of the valve poppet and the valve seat provides a suspended soft seal, ensuring perpendicularity in the valve seal for improved accuracy of valve operation. An annular permanent magnet and an annular magnetic ring are disposed around and spaced apart from a magnetic body to define an air gap in which an electromagnetic coil is disposed. The electromagnetic coil is connected to a control mechanism by a flexible circuit connector that is sufficiently slack that provides minimal force transverse to the longitudinal axis of the valve. An assembly is provided for adjusting uniformity of the air gap and of concentricity of magnetic body and shaft of the poppet, and the control mechanism adjusts the current supplied to the electromagnetic coil, compensating for changes in the magnetic field strength of the valve due to changes in temperature, velocity of the valve poppet, and patient airway pressure. A flexible diaphragm is also connected between the valve poppet and magnetic body to prevent cross-contamination between the exhalation valve and breathing gas.
