    摘要: A mounting fixture of an apparatus for clamping a film includes a platform, a barricade, and fixing members. A surface of the platform includes a first fixing portion, and second and third fixing portions which are opposite to the first fixing portion. The second fixing portion is adjacent to the third fixing portion and located between the first and third fixing portions. The barricade is disposed on the surface between the second and third fixing portions and has channels. The fixing members are disposed on the surface. First, second, and third bars of the apparatus are disposed on the first, second, and third fixing portions, the barricade is located between the second and third bars, and the channels receive elastic elements of the apparatus. Each elastic element has two ends disposed on the second and third bars. The fixing members can fix the first and third bar.

    摘要: The invention refers to a light-transmissive plastic plate structure suitable for vehicle sunroof with curved surface and a method for fabricating the same. By using polymer material formulation, UV resistant coating formulation and precision coating technology, the wear resistance of polymer surface of plastic substrate can be improved to the same level as glass, and the original optical and physical properties after various environmental tests can also be maintained. The plastic substrate is first formed into a curved plastic plate through a hot pressing process, and then a connecting structure is formed and fixed on the plastic plate by an insert-molding injection process, in order to replace the traditional car sunroof mechanism which is assembled by glass plate bonded with metal connecting parts. The light-transmissive plastic plate structure with curved surface comprises a lightweight polymer sunroof and a lightweight plastic connecting structure fixed to the sunroof by insert-molding injection, which can reduce the weight of traditional glass sunroof, front and rear windshield, and side window glass assembly, and is particularly suitable for use in oil-electric hybrid vehicles and pure-electric vehicles that require lightweight specifications.

    摘要: An apparatus for heating of thermally deformable sheet material includes a frame consisting of a pair of end beams extending laterally and a pair of side rails secured longitudinally between the end beams in a rectangular arrangement The side rail channels are oriented with their longitudinal openings extending upwardly. A heating tray assembly extends laterally and includes a pair of quick-release cam clamps disposed at opposed ends thereof to engage the respective side rail in a slidable, releasable fashion, so that the tray may be installed/removed at any location and clamped at that location. A sheet support assembly includes similar cam clamps at each end, and may be installed/removed at any location and translated/clamped at that location to maintain planar support of a workpiece.
