Abstract:
A phase change memory cell includes a resistive heating element for a phase change body that can expeditiously and efficiently heat a portion of the body with the voltage and current usable with MOSFETs. This is achieved through minimizing the area of an interface between a conductive layer and the body by permitting photolithographic techniques to define one dimension of the interface and thin film deposition techniques to define the other dimension.
Abstract:
A new capacitor device having two terminals is achieved. The device comprises a plurality of first conductive lines overlying a substrate. Each of the first conductive lines is connected to one of the capacitor device terminals. The adjacent first conductive lines are connected to opposite terminals. The first conductive lines comprise a plurality of conductive materials. A plurality of second conductive lines overlie the plurality of first conductive lines. Each of the second conductive lines is connected to one of the capacitive device terminals. Adjacent second conductive lines are connected to opposite terminals. Any second conductive line overlying any first conductive line is connected to an opposite terminal. The second conductive lines comprises a plurality of conductive materials. A first dielectric layer overlies the substrate and lies between the adjacent first conductive lines. A second dielectric layer lies between the first conductive lines and the second conductive lines.
Abstract:
A new magnetic RAM cell device is achieved. The device comprises a plurality MTJ cells each comprising a free layer and a pinned layer separated by a dielectric layer. A common conductive layer couples together all of the pinned layers of the MJT cell. A first end of the common conductive layer is switchably coupled to a programming line. A second end of the common conductive layer is switchably coupled to a ground. A pluraity of diodes is used. Each diode is coupled between one of the MJT cells and one of a plurality of bit lines.
Abstract:
A magnetic random access memory (MRAM) cell including an MRAM cell stack located over a substrate and first and second write lines spanning opposing termini of the MRAM cell stack. At least one of the first and second write lines includes at least one first portion spanning the MRAM cell stack and at least one second portion proximate the MRAM cell stack. The first and second portions have first and second cross-sectional areas, respectively, wherein the first cross-sectional area is substantially less than the second cross-sectional area.
Abstract:
A method of defect management, comprising performing tool matching inspection within a defect management system and at least including scanning a produced wafer; checking a user level within the defect management system and the defect management system distributes resources of the defect management system according to the user level. An analyzing procedure template is edited and the defect management system executes an analyzing procedure according to the analyzing procedure template. Defect data is pre-filtered according to at least one basis and the basis is selected from the group of following terms: unclassified/classified, defect class, defect size, image type, defect pattern, and combining with CP data. A result report is output, wherein the result report combines the analysis procedure template with defect data.
Abstract:
An electrical insulation tape, film backing thereof, and method of manufacturing the film backing. The film backing comprises about 20 to 80 parts by weight of polyethylene, about 80 to 20 parts by weight of EPDM rubber, about 0 to 30 parts by weight of fillers, 0 to 50 parts by weight of flame retardant, and about 0 to 20 parts by weight of processing aids. The film backing has physical properties similar to PVC film backings, and thus can replace the PVC film backing used in the electrical insulation tape.
Abstract:
A buckle assembly for mounting a goggle on a helmet. The goggle is connected with a strap. The buckle assembly includes a first buckle having a main body. The strap is connected at an end of the main body. A buckling portion is formed on the main body. The buckling portion forms a buckling hole and a buckling flange, and a grip portion is connected to another end of the main body. A second buckle includes a main plate and a locating portion, a buckling portion which is formed of catch plates which can be bent inwards and outwards, and a claw is outwardly disposed on each catch plate for catching the buckling flange of the first buckle. A buckle locator includes a base, a locating portion for connecting the locating portion of the second buckle, and allocating portion for connecting the helmet.

A novel antioxidant has the advantages of both the hindered phenols and the phosphite antioxidant is prepared from phosphorus trichloride and 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone, such as tetrakis-(2,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,5-di-tert-butyl-hydroquinonediyl diphosphite.
Abstract:
A polishing head with a floating knife-edge mechanism includes a base, a retaining ring secured to the base defining a pocket area beneath the base, and a lower assembly floating within the pocket area via a diaphragm seal. The lower assembly includes a disk-shaped support plate having a plurality of apertures distributed in a center region of the support plate, a clamp ring used to secure the diaphragm seal along a rim region of the support plate, and the floating knife-edge mechanism positioned between the rim region and the center region of the support plate.
Abstract:
A detecting structure formed on the space of circuit unit correctly and easily detects whether the lines of the circuit unit are formed on the correct position, and more particularly to obtain the deviation difference of a position provided to form the lines. The detecting structure is able to be formed on a space of periphery of each circuit unit, thus the detecting result is exactly correct.
