摘要: A device for processing logs, comprises a deicing apparatus (11), a debarking apparatus (22), arranged downstream of the deicing apparatus, a thermal camera (30), arranged to acquire a thermal image of at least one log downstream of the debarking apparatus, and a processing device (40). The processing device (40) is configured to receive the thermal image from the thermal camera, to process the thermal image to determine a log surface temperature, and to provide a deicing control signal to the deicing apparatus (11) based on the log surface temperature. A method of processing logs is also disclosed.

摘要: A laser beam irradiating unit of a laser processing apparatus includes a laser oscillator, a mirror configured to reflect a laser beam emitted from the laser oscillator and propagate the laser beam to a processing point, a power measuring unit configured to measure power of leakage light of the laser beam transmitted without being reflected by the mirror, and a condensing lens configured to condense the laser beam propagated by the mirror and irradiate a workpiece with the condensed laser beam. The control unit measures the power of the leakage light of the laser beam by the power measuring unit while irradiating the workpiece with the laser beam.

摘要: A method is provided for coating a fibrous web, in particular a fibrous web comprising nanocellulose fibres. The method includes steps of applying a coating agent to a textured surface region of a textured substrate, applying a fibre furnish or a wet fibrous web onto the coated textured surface region of the textured substrate, optionally dewatering to provide a wet fibrous web, and drying said wet fibrous web such that at least a portion of said coating agent is transferred to said fibrous web. The method provides a coated fibrous web with improved barrier properties.
