    摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes a thermal control system having a first high temperature cooling circuit, a second low temperature cooling circuit and a third cooling circuit for cooling/heating a battery pack. A system of valves is configured to connect the third circuit with the second circuit so as to create a loop consisting of a main portion of the third circuit and a main portion of the second circuit including the cooling portion of one or more electric motor assemblies of the hybrid vehicle, one or more additional components of the motor-vehicle, such as a turbocharger assembly and an intercooler assembly. In this operating condition, circulation of the liquid in the loop thus-formed can be activated by the pump of the third circuit and causes heating of the battery pack by the heat generated by the electric motor assemblies and, preferably, by the aforesaid additional components of the motor-vehicle.

    摘要: In a method for detecting corrosion of a surface not exposed to view of a metal piece, radiant thermal energy is directed against the piece by pulsed laser beam illumination thereby causing heating of said piece. Infrared radiation emitted by the piece is detected by a thermographic camera so that corroded portions of said surface are detected due to a different thermal response as a function of time relative to non-corroded portions. The laser beam is directed against an exposed face of a wall of said piece whose opposite face is the surface on which corrosion must be detected. The thermographic camera is provided on a same side where a laser head for emitting said laser beam is provided and has a control system for performing “Lock-in” thermography. Detection of the surface corroded portions is carried out by comparing a response of different surface portions during cooling of the piece.

    摘要: An auxiliary frame for supporting elements of a front suspension of a motor-vehicle includes two end supports for connection thereto of suspension elements and a structure which connects the end supports to each other. The connecting structure has a front beam and a rear beam which connect the end supports to each other. The rear beam has an arch-like configuration which extends substantially in a horizontal plane, with a central portion arranged in a forwardly spaced position. The front beam of the connecting structure has a configuration which is substantially straight and perpendicular to a vertical median plane of the auxiliary frame. The front beam and the rear beam are longitudinally spaced from each other and connected to each other by at least two lateral longitudinal arms spaced from each other and which have a configuration substantially straight and parallel to the vertical median plane of the auxiliary frame.
