    摘要: In manufacturing a thin film transistor array substrate, a passivation film is formed over the transistors. A first photoresist pattern is formed over the passivation film, with a first portion partially overlying at least one source/drain electrode of each transistor and overlying each pixel electrode region, and with a second portion thicker than the first portion. The passivation film is patterned using the first photoresist pattern as a mask. The first photoresist pattern's first portion is removed to form a second photoresist pattern which protrudes upward around the pixel electrode regions. A transparent conductive film is formed with recesses in the pixel electrode regions. A masking pattern is formed over the transparent film in each pixel electrode region, the masking pattern's top surface being below a top of the transparent film. The transparent film is patterned using the masking pattern as a mask to form the pixel electrodes.

    摘要: An electric power connection part of an electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly connected with an electric power connector at a side of a vehicle engine, includes a housing assembly connected to the field coil assembly with electric wires, which is extracted therefrom, interposed therebetween; a discharge device for absorbing a surge voltage; and a magnetic field elimination device for eliminating a residual magnetic field are injection molded and combonined within the housing assembly. Accordingly, the electric power connection part has an advantage in that it is not directly influenced by heat radiated from a field coil assembly so that electric/electronic devices can be prevented from being damaged; since an epoxy applying process for attaching electric/electronic devices such as a discharge device and a magnetic field elimination device is omitted, a manufacturing process is greatly simplified; and the number of components are reduced so that manufacturing process thereby decreasing costs.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for forming a sealing member includes forming a first sealing part to surround one portion of a display area, the display area including a pixel, and forming a second sealing part to surround a remaining portion of the display area and to intersect ends defining the second sealing part with corresponding ends defining the first sealing part. Thus, a time needed to form the first and second sealing member may be reduced, thereby reducing an entire process time to manufacture the display apparatus. Further, an area needed to form the sealing member may be reduced, thereby enhancing productivity of the display apparatus.
