Abstract: A connector housing has a terminal receiving portion at its rear side and an opposing connector coupling portion at its fore side. The terminal receiving portion includes a plurality of the terminal receiving channels separated by a plurality of partition walls extending in the connector engagement direction and each side wall is provided with a locking projection. The opposing connector coupling portion has a guide wall member that defines an insertion cavity for receiving a vehicle side fitting member. One of a plurality of wire-press-fit-type terminals is received in each of the terminal receiving channels for press-fitting an electrical wire therein. The terminal receiving portion has a cover, with a fore end of the cover being attached to the connector housing with a hinge, and each side wall of the cover has a lock hook that is engaged with one of the locking projections. The guide wall member has a cut-out recess for receiving a fore end portion of the cover and the lock hook of the cover engages with the locking projection of the connector housing when the cover closes the terminal receiving portion. The insertion cavity of the connector housing receives the vehicle side fitting member so that the fitting member abuts against the cover to further secure the cover to the connector housing.

Abstract: A mobile radio communication system which autonomously performs frequency allocation and changing for optimum system operation without intervention of a system designer and an operation maintenance engineer. The mobile radio communication system includes radio base stations which communicate by radio with mobile stations and an operation maintenance station which supervises and controls an operation situation of the system. Each of the radio base stations includes reception electric field strength measurement means for measuring reception electric field strengths of the channels of the radio base station, and the operation maintenance station discriminates, from installation position information of the radio base stations and a cluster radius, those radio base stations to which allocation of the same channel as that of a predetermined radio base station is to be inhibited, and allocates a usable channel based on reception electric field strengths measured by the predetermined base station and reception electric field strengths measured by the radio base stations to which allocation of the same channel is inhibited. The operation maintenance means further performs, when there is a radio base station which uses a channel in which the speech quality is lower than a required quality, channel changing or allocating a channel other than the channel in which the speech quality is lower than the require quality.

Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus includes a high-temperature side circulation circuit, a low-temperature side circulation circuit, a cascade capacitor, and control means. The high-temperature side circulation circuit forms a refrigerant circuit in which a high-temperature side compressor, a high-temperature side condenser, a high-temperature side expansion device, and a high-temperature side evaporator are connected by a pipe. The refrigerant circuit allows a high-temperature side refrigerant to circulate therethrough. The high-temperature side refrigerant has a carbon-carbon double bond in its molecular structure. The high-temperature side compressor has a variable discharge capacity and is configured to discharge the high-temperature side refrigerant. The low-temperature side circulation circuit forms a refrigerant circuit in which a low-temperature side compressor, a low-temperature side condenser, a low-temperature side expansion device, and a low-temperature side evaporator are connected by a pipe. The refrigerant circuit allows a low-temperature side refrigerant to circulate therethrough. The low-temperature side refrigerant contains carbon dioxide.

Abstract: A lead-attached electrical element and a mounting board to which the lead-attached electrical element is mounted both contribute to a reduction in the size of the mounting board as well as facilitate rework. The lead-attached electrical element is constituted from an electrical element and two leads. Each lead includes a main portion which is bonded to a respective electrode face of the electrical element, and a bent portion which is inclined with respect to the main portion. The mounting board is constituted from a PC (printed circuit) board and the lead-attached electrical element. Two conductive lands are provided on a surface of the PC board. The lead-attached electrical element has been inserted into an aperture in the PC board, and bent portions of the leads attached to the electrical element are bonded to the conductive lands so that the electrical element is suspended in the aperture by the leads.

Abstract: The present invention provides a heat exchanger, an air conditioning apparatus, and a method for manufacturing the heat exchanger capable of reducing the scattering of condensate water from curved portions to the downstream side in the direction of airflow. An indoor heat exchanger includes lower fins and upper fins. The upper fins are inclined in the direction of the airflow at an angle formed between the longitudinal axis of the upper fins and the vertical direction, the range of the angle being equal to or greater than the range of an angle formed between the longitudinal axis of the lower fins and the vertical direction, and the upper fins are disposed adjacent to top ends of the lower fins. The upper fins have curved portions that are curved in proximity to the portions bordering the top ends of the lower fins on the downstream side in the airflow direction F.

Abstract: A ventilation and air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle includes: a ventilator that sucks air from outside the vehicle; an air conditioner that conditions air inside the vehicle; a duct for fresh outside air that connects the ventilator with the air conditioner so as to supply the air that the ventilator has sucked from outside the vehicle to the air conditioner; and a duct for conditioned air that supplies the conditioned air blown out from the air conditioner to inside the vehicle. The duct for fresh outside air is branched so as to be connected to the duct for conditioned air. With this configuration, even if the operation of the air conditioner is stopped due to, e.g., a leakage of a flammable refrigerant, an amount of ventilation can be secured in the vehicle.

Abstract: Provided is a computer system for identifying all physical resources which have been allocated to logical units before to be subject to shredding and for performing shredding on the identified physical resources. All the physical resources related to the physical resources specified by a user to be subject to data erasing are selected using usage history for the storage system. Moreover, a shredding task for the selected physical resources is generated according to configuration information of the storage system and shredding is performed based on the generated task. Consequently, the data is completely erased.
