The method includes extracting additional data from a video frame in an externally received broadcast signal, storing the extracted additional data in a transport stream generated from the broadcast signal, storing the transport stream containing the additional data, extracting the additional data from the stored transport stream according to a playback command, and separating a video signal and an audio signal from the transport stream and outputting the separate video signal and audio signal such that the extracted additional data is superimposed on the output video signal.

The first DC offset canceller includes a first filter and a first PGA (programmable gain amplifier) with a first gain step for eliminating a first dc component from an input baseband signal. The second DC offset canceller includes a second filter and a second PGA with a second gain step less than the first gain step for eliminating a second dc component from an output of the first DC offset canceller. The offset canceller controller controls the first and second filters to operate in a fast mode when a gain of the first PGA is changed.

    摘要: In a method of manufacturing a capacitor including a hemispherical grain (HSG) silicon layer, after forming a storage electrode electrically coupled to a contact region of a substrate, the HSG silicon layer is formed on the storage electrode by providing a first gas including silicon and a second gas onto a surface of the storage electrode with a volume ratio of about 1.0:0.1 to about 1.0:5.0. A dielectric layer and a plate electrode are sequentially formed on the HSG silicon layer. A grain size of the HSG silicon layer may be easily adjusted and abnormal growths of the HSG at a lower portion of the storage electrode may be suppressed. Therefore, the HSG silicon layer may be uniformly formed on the storage electrode, and a structural stability of the storage electrode may be improved to prevent electrical defects of the capacitor.
