摘要: To provide a game device capable of improving operability of an operation related to a pass between player characters. If a second player character is selected as a pass target while a first player character which is a user operated target is in possession of a moving object, an operated target switching unit (64) switches the user operated target from the first player character to the second player character. A second player control unit (66b) moves the second player character, based on a user operation. A first player control unit (66a) moves the first player character and the moving object, based on the position of a player character belonging to the opponent team. In addition, the first player control unit (66a) causes the first player character to make a pass to the second player character if it is determined that a position/positions of the first player character or/and the moving object and the position of the second player character satisfy a predetermined condition.

摘要: To give an effect for imparting an air of speed to an image, a dividing unit (202) of an image processing device (201) divides an original image into a plurality of regions based on an aggregate of pixels, an acquiring unit (203) acquires a representative value of each of the plurality of divided regions from pixel values of pixels included in that region, a mixing unit (204) obtains a processed image in which, for each of the pixels included in the original image, the representative value acquired from the region in which that pixel is included and the pixel value of that pixel are mixed at a predetermined mixing ratio, an output unit (205) outputs the processed image, and the dividing unit (202) divides the image in a manner that the shape of each of the plurality of regions is elongate in a direction in which a picture made up of pixels included in that region moves.

摘要: An alkaline dry battery of the present invention has a cylindrical separator, and a bottom separator including a first bottom paper and a second bottom paper. The first bottom paper has a first bottom part and a first rising part which is placed around the first bottom part and upright along the inside of the cylindrical separator. The second bottom paper has a second bottom part and a second rising part which is placed around the second bottom part and upright along the outside of the cylindrical separator. The first rising part and the second rising part sandwich an end of the cylindrical separator therebetween. With the use of the bottom separator, it is possible to fix the bottom-side end of the cylindrical separator, and therefore to provide a highly reliable alkaline dry battery with excellent discharge performance because the bottom separator does not move even when a vibration or impact is applied to the alkaline dry battery.

摘要: A cylindrical cell is disclosed which is so constructed that an insulating ring is seated on the outside of the sealed part of the opening part of a cell case, the terminal face of a negative electrode plate is depressed below the outer face of a facing label covering the insulating ring, and a gas discharge hole formed in the negative electrode plate is concealed with the insulating ring. This construction prevents the cell from allowing flow of a current to an adjacent cell and consequently from being charged by the adjacent cell. Since the cell uses a thermally shrinkable insulating facing member, it enjoys improved reliability of the outer covering. Even if a plurality of such cells of the construction described above are used as arranged in series and part of the cells are erroneously connected with the direction of polarity thereof reversed to the remaining cells, the possibility of the reversely connected cells allowing flow of current to the remaining cells and consequently being charged by the remaining cells will be precluded and the possibility of the device in use being smeared or harmed by the electrolyte otherwise suffered to leak when the reversely connected cells are charged by the remaining cells will be eliminated.

摘要: With a method for compressing a dynamic range of an image, the value of an unsharp mask signal Sus corresponding to each of picture elements in an original image is calculated by averaging the values of image signal components of an original image signal Sorg representing the original image, which image signal components represent the picture elements belonging to a predetermined region surrounding each of the picture elements. The original image signal Sorg is then processed with the formulaSproc=Sorg+f.sub.1 (Sus)where f.sub.1 (Sus) represents a function, the value of which decreases monotonously as the value of the unsharp mask signal Sus increases, and the values of a processed image signal Sproc representing an image having a narrower dynamic range than the original image is thereby generated. The method comprises the steps of calculating the contrast of the original image signal Sorg from the values of the original image signal Sorg, and determining a signal range, to which the function f.sub.1 (Sus) is applied, and/or the level of the value of the function f.sub.1 (Sus) in accordance with the level of the contrast of the original image signal Sorg.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a gang head for a replaceable gang head type machine tool. The machine tool includes a base, a jig table, a driving member mounted on the base and movable to an advance and retract with respect to the jig table, and an annular rail surrounding the driving member. The annular rail has a rear stationary rail and a movable front rail, the movable rail movable to advance and retract with respect to the jig table along the same direction as the driving member. The gang head comprises a base frame mounted on the movable rail, a working unit mounted on the base frame, wherein the working unit is inclined at an angle other than a right angle, with respect to the direction of advance and retraction of the movable rail, an oil pressure pump, and an oil pressure operated cylinder. The oil pressure cylinder being operatively coupled to the working unit for advancing and retracting the working unit with respect to the jig table.
