摘要： The polyamide resin composition comprises a copolyamide resin, a nucleating agent for crystallization, and optionally an inorganic filler. The copolyamide resin is produced by polycondensing a carboxylic acid component mainly comprising adipic acid with a diamine component containing trans-1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane, cis- 1,4-bis(aminomethyl)cyclohexane, and optionally another diamine. The nucleating agent for crystallization is selected from an organic nucleating agent and an inorganic nucleating agent. The polyamide resin composition exhibits a good molding cycle and provides a shaped article excellent in the retention of rigidity at a high temperature condition, the durability under a high temperature condition, and the retention of mechanical properties after water-absorption. Therefore, the polyamide resin composition is useful as a metal replacement in various applications such as automobile parts, mechanical parts and electric or electronic parts.

摘要： An oriented splittable film which contains nylon and meta-xylylene adipamide at a weight ratio of 40-85:15-60 and which was oriented with a magnification above 2.8 times in both directions of MD and TD. Examples of nylon include nylon 66, nylon 6-66 copolymer and so on. Under this manufacturing method for an oriented splittable film, when a raw film is heated in a biaxially orienting process, such as the tubular method, the heating temperature at the side part of the film, in the direction of film width,,when folding the bubbles, is controlled along the circumference direction of the bubbles so that it is lower than the heating temperature of the part of the film which is used later as a product. The heat treatment process for these films includes a first heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 120 degrees C and 190 degrees C based on the tubular method or tenter method and a second heat treatment step implemented for films at temperatures between 190 degrees C and 220 degrees C based on the tenter method.

摘要： Provided is a vibration damping material comprising: a polyester resin containing dicarboxylic acid constitutional units and diol constitutional units; and mica being dispersed in the polyester resin, wherein: (1) a ratio [(A1+B1)/(A0+B0)] of a total of (A1) a number of the dicarboxylic acid constitutional units having an odd number of carbon atoms in a polyester main chain and (B1) a number of the diol constitutional units having an odd number of carbon atoms in the polyester main chain with respect to a total of (A0) a number of total dicarboxylic acid constitutional units and (B0) a number of total diol constitutional units in the polyester resin is in the range of 0.5 to 1; and (2) an average particle diameter calculated from a volume-based particle diameter frequency distribution of the mica in the vibration damping material is 25 to 500 μm. The damping material has a high versatility, is lightweight, shows an excellent vibration damping property and can be produced easily with a batch mixer.

The unit is configured such that a thrust bearing sends lubricating gas under pressure in a radial direction, and a radial bearing sends the gas toward the thrust bearing, thereby increasing the bearing rigidity. In addition, one or more dynamic pressure generating grooves which constitute the thrust bearing are extended and connected to a particle catching holes formed in a shaft. With those configurations, the dust particles are trapped in the catching hole and are kept away from the bearing gaps.
