摘要: A sheath flow type flow-cell device for plow-cytometer which comprises a first inlet for sheath fluid, a flow passage communicated with the first inlet and contracted toward downstream, the flow passage having a substantially rectangular cross section, a straight capillary flow passage connected to the flow passage downstream thereof, the capillary flow passage having a substantially rectangular cross section, a second inlet for sample fluid, a nozzle communicating with the second inlet and opened within the flow passage in the same direction as the flow direction of the straight capillary flow passage, a discharge port provided at a terminal end of the straight capillary flow passage, and flow regulating means for regulating the flow of the sheath fluid in the straight capillary flow passage to be a laminar flow having a gradient of flow velocity.

摘要: Provided is a chemical analysis apparatus comprising a mechanism which can efficiently agitate a substance to be agitated so that a sample and a reagent are agitated and mixed together in a shorter time with a saved consumption power, incorporating a plurality of sound sources or reflecting plates, and a reaction container is located between one of the sound sources and another of the sound sources or one of the reflecting plates, whereby sound waves can be irradiated toward the reaction container in several directions in order to efficiently fluidize a solution in the reaction container.

摘要: There is provided a group of testing apparatuses that realizes high-level testing and high quality medical treatment by conducting tests using apparatuses and facilities that are located in a distributed condition. A distributed testing apparatus is configured to be connectable to a network system to which a host testing apparatus is connected, wherein the distributed testing apparatus has a testing part that assays genetic information of a specimen, a transmission part that transmits test results information of the testing part and a specimen ID corresponding to the specimen to the host testing apparatus through the network, a receiver part that receives through the network assessment information from the host testing apparatus that corresponds to the transmitted test results information, and an output part that outputs the received information.

摘要: Pretreatment of residual food removal and bacteria dyeing, and measurement of the number of bacteria using the fluorescence flow cytometry method, are stably performed by easy operations.A measurement chip 10 includes: a specimen container 151; a reaction container 170 for mixing a specimen and a dyeing reagent into a liquid mixture; a bacteria detection portion 18 being irradiated with excitation light; a detection liquid waste container 163 into which liquid mixture which has passed the bacteria detection portion enters; a solution flow path 157 which connects the specimen container, the reaction container and the bacteria detection portion, and ventilation ports 1631 through 1633 which are connected to the specimen container, the reaction container and the detection liquid waste container, through a air flow path and is connected to a chip connecting tube. Bacteria are detected in the bacteria detection portion 18 by switching of the states of the specimen container, the reaction container, and the detection liquid waste container between a sealed state and a state open to the atmospheric pressure, by moving the specimen to the reaction container 170 to mix and stir the specimen and the dyeing reagent, and by moving of the liquid mixture to the detection liquid waste container 163.

摘要: An analytical chip and analyzer are disclosed. The analytical chip comprises a substrate and reaction cells that are formed in the substrate for receiving a sample collected from a living body. A reagent storage portion is used to store reagents to be supplied to the reaction cells. Flow paths are provided to connect the reaction cells to the reagent storage portions, thereby allowing the reagents stored in the reagent storage portions to flow into the reaction cells.

摘要: A mixed liquid manufacturing apparatus comprises: an information input unit, in which information of an object, to which a mixed liquid is offered, is input; a material storage system that stores a plurality of materials for a mixed liquid; a product information system that selects kinds and quantities of the stored materials on the basis of the input information of the object, to which a mixed liquid is offered; a liquid transfer unit, by which the selected materials are taken out from the material storage system; a mixing unit, in which the materials supplied from the liquid transfer unit are mixed; an injection unit, by which the mixed liquid is injected into a mixed liquid container; an input unit, by which matters being declared on a label of the mixed liquid container are input; and a label formation unit, in which the input matters are printed on the label and the label is stuck on the mixed liquid container, and wherein the label formation unit begins printing before the injection unit completes injection of the mixed liquid into the container.

摘要: A microorganism testing device includes a measurement chip having a specimen container; a reaction container for mixing a specimen and a dyeing reagent; a bacteria detection portion irradiated with excitation light; a detection liquid waste container a solution flow path which connects the specimen container, the reaction container and the bacteria detection portion, and ventilation ports which are connected to the specimen container, the reaction container and the detection liquid waste container, through a air flow path and is connected to a chip connecting tube. Bacteria are detected in the bacteria detection portion by switching of the states of the containers between a sealed state and a state open to the atmospheric pressure, by moving the specimen to the reaction container to mix and stir the specimen and the dyeing reagent, and by moving of the liquid mixture to the detection liquid waste container.
