    Abstract: An electronic device and a method are disclosed. The electronic device includes a housing, a display, a first communication circuit, a detection circuit, a memory, and a processor. The detection circuit is configured to detect a stylus pen when the stylus pen including a second communication circuit is located within a predetermined distance range from the display. The processor is operably connected to the display, the first communication circuit, the detection circuit, and the memory. The processor is configured to receive a signal containing unique identification information from the stylus pen. The processor is also configured to execute a first application program while receiving an input generated based on a touch by the stylus pen on the display or generated based on a movement of the stylus pen detected within the predetermined distance range. The processor is further configured to associate the unique identification information with the first application program.

    Abstract: A nonvolatile memory device is provided. The nonvolatile memory device includes a memory cell array, an anti-fuse cell array, a sense amplifier, a page buffer, and a control logic. The memory cell array includes memory cells connected to word lines and bit lines. The anti-fuse cell array stores setting information for controlling the memory cell array. The anti-fuse cell array includes anti-fuse cells connected to the bit lines. The sense amplifier is connected to the bit lines to sense the memory cells or the anti-fuse cells. The page buffer stores data that is read out from the memory cells or the anti-fuse cells. The control logic controls the sense amplifiers and the page buffer to read out data from the memory cell array or the anti-fuse cell array.

    Abstract: A neuron device is described. The neuron device is based on spontaneous polarization switching which includes a plurality of gate electrodes, a plurality of drain electrodes, a plurality of source lines, a dielectric layer, and a semiconductor layer. The gate electrodes are arranged parallel to each other. The drain electrodes are arranged parallel to each other. The source lines are arranged between the gate electrodes and the drain electrodes and parallel to each other. The dielectric layer is formed at intersections between the gate electrodes and the source lines. The semiconductor layer is formed at intersections between the drain electrodes and the source electrodes. The drain electrodes function as synapse-after-neuron linking terminals. The gate electrodes adjust an arrangement direction of electrical dipoles of the dielectric layer to control a firing time point and a firing height of the neuron device.

The electronic device includes a housing, a plate attached to the housing to form an inner space together with the housing and includes a flat portion facing in a first direction and a curved portion extended from an edge of the flat portion and forming an obtuse angle with the first direction, and an antenna module positioned in the inner space. The antenna module includes a first partial layer, a second partial layer that includes a first antenna pattern, and is stacked on the first partial layer, and a third partial layer that includes a second antenna pattern, and is stacked on the second partial layer. When viewed from the first direction, the third partial layer overlaps at least a portion of the flat portion, and at least a portion of the second partial layer overlaps at least a portion of the curved portion.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method and an electronic device for detecting a battery swelling. The device may include: a housing including a front plate, and a back plate facing away from and spaced from the front plate; a battery including a first surface facing the front plate and a second surface facing the back plate; a first layer including a conductive pattern parallel to the back plate, wherein at least a portion of the conductive pattern is interposed between the second surface of the battery and the back plate and a circuit electrically connected to a first point and a second point of the conductive pattern, and configured to transmit a signal to the first point and receive the signal from the second point; and further configured to: detect a phase difference between the transmitted signal and the received signal, and determine whether the battery is swollen based on the phase difference. The present disclosure may further include various other embodiments.
