    摘要: A simultaneous two-sided iron-deep drawing process for producing vessels such as metal cans. After being used, the cans can easily be squashed. A difference in height between the inner die and the outer die or the profile radii of the two dies are varied so as to change the longitudinal wall strength of the vessel. The work material is held between the two dies so that both sides are simultaneously ironed and thereby a tubular structure is obtained.

    摘要: In order to provide an approximate solution having high accuracy to a given partial differential equation made up of one of a Poisson equation, diffusion equation or other partial differential equation similar in form to a Poisson or diffusion equation, the given equation being applied on a plurality of grid points dispersed at irregular intervals, a program is generated in which not only the dependent variable of the original equation is used, but in addition first order derivatives thereof also are input independently as additional dependent variables, the program thereby serving to execute and solve discretized equations using discretized expressions made up of high accuracy second and third order derivative terms of a dependent variable of the given partial differential equation.

    摘要: A support system for a laser beam machine is provided which includes an inferred value production unit which produces an inferred value for each of a plurality of processing condition parameters indicative of conditions under which laser processing is performed, by use of an artificial intelligence function, and a display unit which displays the inferred value produced by the inferred value production unit. The support system further includes an input unit which allows an operator to enter a plurality of evaluation parameters that represent results of evaluation on a current processing state. The inferred value production unit includes a processing condition parameter selecting portion for selecting one of the processing condition parameters which is most effective to modify the current processing state, according to the evaluation parameters entered through the input unit, and an inferred value calculating portion for calculating the inferred value based on the output of the processing condition parameter selecting portion, and the evaluation parameters entered through the input unit.

    摘要: A method that heat-expandable microspheres includes the use of a shell of thermoplastic resin and a non-fluorine blowing agent encapsulated therein having a boiling point not higher than the softening point of the thermoplastic resin. The method includes, a step of dispersing an oily mixture containing a polymerizable component, the blowing agent, and a polymerization initiator containing a peroxydicarbonate in an aqueous dispersing medium to polymerize the polymerizable component contained in the oily mixture. The resultant heat-expandable microsphres have a shell which is less apt to become thinner than its theoretical value, contain minimum amount of resin particle inside their shell, and have excellent heat-expanding performance.
