An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus comprises a displacement measuring section (109) for measuring the displacement of an organism tissue of a subject (100) according to a reflection echo signal received correspondingly when an ultrasonic wave is transmitted from a probe (101) to the subject (100), an elastic image creating section for creating an elastic image after determining the distortion amount or the elastic modulus from the displacement, and an image display (107) for displaying the elastic image. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus further comprises scoring means for specifying the distorted state or elastic state according to the information on the elastic image outputted from the elastic image creating section.

    摘要: Providing a method for extending the sugar chain modification of a lipid or a protein by introducing two or more glycosyltransferase genes in a biological organism (including animal-, plant- or microbial cells), specifically providing a recombinant plant with a potency to generate ceramide trihexoside and a method for generating ceramide trihexoside using the plant. Synthetically preparing ceramide trihexoside utilizing a transgenic tobacco prepared by constructing an expression vector with the ORF of human- or animal-derived α1,4-galactosyltransferase gene (α1,4GT) for plants and subsequently introducing the vector into tobacco using a genetic approach for plants. The invention enables the mass-scale production of ceramide trihexoside using the recombinant plant.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of laser processed parts is characterized in that at least a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on a base material as a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) for laser processing, using a material having specified physical properties, and this method comprises a step of adhering the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) for laser processing to the laser beam exit side of the work (1) by way of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a step of processing the work by irradiating the work with a laser beam (6) of within 2 times of the irradiation intensity for forming a through-hole in the work (1), at higher than the irradiation intensity of threshold for inducing ablation of the work (1), and a step of peeling the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (2) for laser processing from the work (1) after the machining. Therefore, contamination of the work surface by decomposition products can be effectively suppressed, and laser processed parts can be manufactured easily and at high production efficiency.
