    摘要: A battery pack includes battery modules each having a battery cell and a battery case housing the battery cell therein. The battery modules are stacked in a stacking direction so that a cooling passage for allowing a cooling medium to flow is defined between opposed surfaces of adjacent battery cases. One of the opposed surfaces has first ribs projecting toward the other of the opposed surfaces and extending parallel to each other along the one. The other of the opposed surfaces has second ribs projecting toward the one of the opposed surfaces and extending parallel to each other along the other. In the cooling passage, the first ribs and the second ribs intersect each other and end portions of the first ribs and end portions of the second ribs are in contact with each other in the stacking direction.

The module assembly defines a first surface and a second surface along a stacking direction of the battery modules. The blower is disposed to supply air toward the fins over a range substantially equal to a dimension of the module assembly in the stacking direction. A rotation shaft of the blower is located between a first plane that includes the first surface of the module assembly and a second plane that includes the second surface of the module assembly. The fins have surface areas that increase toward a downstream location with respect to a flow of the air.

    摘要: There are provided a forming device capable of drying at a high speed and of manufacturing a thermosetting resin foam plate more efficiently and stably without multilayering any unnecessary surface material, and a method of efficiently manufacturing a thermosetting resin foam plate therefor. A thermosetting resin foam plate is manufactured by: mixing a resin composition containing at least a thermosetting resin, a foaming agent and a curing agent in a mixer; continuously discharging the resin composition on a traveling air-permeable and flexible surface material, and at the same time covering the upper surface of the resin composition with an air-permeable and flexible surface material; and passing the covered resin composition through a forming device equipped with conveyors having apertures having an aperture area ratio of 15% or more and 80% or less to form and cure the resin composition.

    摘要: A cooling system for a vehicle has a refrigeration system with an ejector pump for ejecting fluid heated by a first heating element. The fluid is ejected at high speed to circulate the refrigerant and induce an entrainment effect. A radiator cools the refrigerant ejected from said ejector pump and an evaporator evaporates the refrigerant to generate refrigerating capacity. A first refrigerant circuit has a heat recovery circuit for exchanging heat between the first heating element and the refrigerant, ejecting the refrigerant and taking heat from the first heating element into the radiator via the heat recovery circuit with the use of the ejector pump, making the radiator dissipate the heat of the refrigerant, separating the refrigerant into gas-phase refrigerant and liquid-phase refrigerant by a gas-liquid separator, and making the gas-phase refrigerant return to the heat recovery circuit. A second refrigerant circuit decompresses the liquid-phase refrigerant.

    摘要: An air conditioning apparatus includes a heating heat exchanger for heating air blown toward a passenger compartment using hot water as a heating source. A plurality of electric heating members are formed integrally with the heating heat exchanger, and electric power supplied to the electric heating members is controlled according a temperature of the hot water. Therefore, a number of the electric heating members to be operated is finely controlled according to the temperature of water flowing through the heating heat exchanger. Further, when a water temperature of the heating heat exchanger is lower than a predetermined temperature (e.g., 35.degree. C.), a water valve is closed to interrupt the flow of water to the heating heat exchanger, and a blower is operated. Therefore, a quantity of heat transmitted from the electric heating members to the water in the heating heat exchanger can be greatly decreased.

    摘要: An air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle includes a heat exchanger for heating air to be blown into a passenger compartment of the vehicle using hot water as a heating source, a plurality of electric heating members formed integrally with the heat exchanger, and a control unit for controlling electric power supplying to the electric heating members and an amount of air blown from a blower. The control unit controls the amount of air blown from the blower based on a heat-radiating amount from the electric heating members and a target temperature of air blown into the passenger compartment. Thus, even when number of the electric heating members to be turned on is changed, the temperature of air blown into the passenger compartment can be set to the target temperature by controlling the amount of air blown from the blower. As a result, the passenger compartment can be effectively quickly heated using the electric heating members.

    摘要: According to the present invention, in a brine type air-conditioning apparatus in which brine circulates into an inside cooler to cool a passenger compartment, there are provided a refrigeration cycle using flammable gas as refrigerant, a brine circuit in which the brine circulates, a hot water circuit in which hot water heated by an engine circulates, a front air-conditioning unit for performing an air-conditioning of a front portion in the passenger compartment, a rear air-conditioning unit for performing an air-conditioning of a rear portion in the passenger compartment. In the front air-conditioning unit, there are provided a cooler for cooling conditioned air by using the brine, a heater for heating conditioned air by using the hot water, a blower. In the rear air-conditioning unit, there are provided an air-conditioning heat exchanger for cooling conditioned air by using the brine and for heating conditioned air by using the hot water, and a blower. For adjusting a temperature of the low-temperature side, the heating amount by the heater is set to zero, and a temperature of the brine is variably controlled by varying a capacity of the refrigeration cycle.
