摘要： An upper sealing ring and a lower sealing ring are adhered by sealing solder. The width of tip end of sealing projection is narrower than the width of the lower sealing ring. Therefore, the sealing solder is placed on lower sealing ring and on the side surface of upper sealing ring. Further, an upper connection pad and a lower connection pad are adhered by connecting solder. The width of a tip end of a connection projection is narrower than the width of lower connection pad. Therefore, the connecting solder is placed on the lower connection pad and on the side surface of upper connection pad. Thus, a package is provided, which attains satisfactory electrical connection and hermetic seal after solder joint of the upper and lower substrates.

A spacer having an axial thickness slightly greater than that of the flange portion is arranged on a radially outer side of the flange portion. A bottom surface of the spacer makes contact with an end plate whose inner circumferential surface has a radius, centered about a central axis, smaller than a radius of the flange portion. The end plate is secured to the rotor core via a fixing member.

An incident light intensity of the measurement wavelength is estimated from a detected signal in the reference wavelength based on the stored data.

摘要： An analyzing apparatus is controlled by a microcomputer which reads out programmed information from a magnetic card. The magnetic card does not always travel at a constant speed, and therefore, it is difficult for the microcomputer to entirely resort to the software for carrying out the signal processing required for the control of the analyzing apparatus. In order to obviate this difficulty, a hard logic circuit is provided to read out inverted bit information from the magnetic card, and the information thus read out is supplied to the microcomputer so that the microcomputer can reliably carry out the processing steps including bit counting and data reception. The hard logic circuit includes a flip-flop storing an FM signal recorded on the magnetic card and an exclusive-OR gate comparing the flip-flop output with the FM signal. A simple logic circuit is also provided for writing the FM signal on the magnetic card.

摘要： A rotor portion of a motor includes a rotor core and a plurality of field magnets arranged in a circumferential direction at the rotor core. The rotor core includes at a flux barrier portion thereof arranged between a pair of field magnets of opposite magnetic polarities arranged next to one another a flux barrier hole.
