摘要: In a cooling apparatus, a radiating part mounted on a refrigerant tank is made by stacking refrigerant tubes and fins alternately. A first header and a second header are provided at the ends of the refrigerant tubes. When the cooling apparatus is used in a vertical attitude, the first header is positioned above the liquid surface of refrigerant inside the refrigerant tank, and the second header is positioned below the liquid surface. Consequently, vapor refrigerant boiled by heat from a heat-emitting body attached to the refrigerant tank can flow through the first header into the refrigerant tubes, and liquid refrigerant liquefied in the refrigerant tubes can flow through the second header back to the refrigerant tank.

摘要: A nozzle device for extruding multiple synthetic resins as a resin composite, having a main extrusion flow passage having a main extrusion opening, a subsidiary extrusion flow passage having a subsidiary extrusion opening, at least a downstream portion of the subsidiary extrusion flow passage being disposed in the main extrusion flow passage, and an opening-closing member for opening or closing the subsidiary extrusion opening. The nozzle device further has an auxiliary extrusion flow passage which has an auxiliary extrusion opening and at least a downstream portion of which extends through the main extrusion flow passage as it surrounds the downstream portion of the subsidiary extrusion flow passage. The auxiliary extrusion opening is positioned downstream of the subsidiary extrusion opening and the downstream end portion of the auxiliary extrusion flow passage has a tapered part. The auxiliary extrusion flow passage is designed such that when the opening-closing member is held at a position at which it closes the subsidiary extrusion opening, a synthetic resin flowing through the auxiliary extrusion flow passage and extruded into the main extrusion flow passage through the auxiliary extrusion opening flows while undergoing collision with the forward end portion of the opening-closing member.

摘要: The peripheral portion of a flat, molecularly orientable material stock of substantially uniform thickness having a temperature below the upper limit of the molecularly orientable temperatures of the plastic material is clamped, and the central portion of the plastic material stock is introduced into a die cavity while compressing the central portion with an upper plunger and a lower plunger, thereby forming a hollow preform having a sidewall portion made from the plastic material which has been forced out from between the upper plunger and the lower plunger, while the sidewall portion is kept in contact with the side surface of the upper plunger kept at about molecularly orientable temperature. Thereafter, while the upper plunger is returning, a fluid under pressure is supplied into the hollow preform to expand radially the sidewall portion, so that the sidewall portion is brought into contact with the inner surface of the die cavity kept at a temperature below the lower limit of the molecularly orientable temperatures for cooling and solidifying. Thus, the sidewall portion of a plastic hollow article is formed from the sidewall portion of the hollow preform, and a plastic hollow article having a flange portion, the sidewall portion which is molecularly oriented, and a bottom wall portion is made.

摘要: This stretch function-added loading sheet is provided with one sheet body and a force crimping unit. The force crimping unit comprises two clamping block plates and one clamping jig, and on one surface of the sheet body, the two clamping block plates are fixed on both sides of a folding centerline on the sheet body. In a state in which the sheet body is folded along the folding centerline such that the two clamping block plates overlap each other with the sheet body on the inside, the clamping jig is fixed to the two clamping block plates so as to clamp the two clamping block plates. The stretch function-added loading sheet has a stretch function with which the sheet body stretches by the clamping jig opening through application of a tensile force perpendicular to the folding centerline to the sheet body, and shrinks when said tensile force is reduced.

摘要: A cooling apparatus includes a refrigerant tank having a surface to which heating devices are attached and containing liquid refrigerant which is boiled and evaporated by heat transferred from the heating devices, and a radiator for radiating the heat of the boiled and vaporized refrigerant. The radiator has an inflow return chamber provided with a small-diameter opening having a diameter smaller than that of the inflow return chamber. The liquid refrigerant of the gas-liquid mixed refrigerant is dammed by the small-diameter opening of the inflow return chamber and the dammed liquid refrigerant is returned through a return passage to the refrigerant tank. Since the liquid refrigerant contained in the gas-liquid mixed refrigerant is suppressed from flowing by means of the small-diameter opening, the gaseous refrigerant can transfer heat directly to the walls of the radiating passages, so that the deterioration of the radiating performance can be prevented.

摘要: A cooling device boiling and condensing refrigerant includes a refrigerant tank having a boiling space in which a part of liquid refrigerant is boiled and vaporized to gas refrigerant by absorbing heat from a heat-generating member, first and second radiators disposed at upper and lower parts of the refrigerant tank, defined by a liquid refrigerant surface within the refrigerant tank, and a connection pipe connecting the first and second radiators. The first and second radiators have the same shape, and are disposed to cool and condense gas refrigerant from the boiling space. In the cooling device, even when the cooling device is used in a normal state or a vertically reversed state, sufficient radiating performance of the first and second radiators can be obtained.

摘要: A cooling device boiling and condensing refrigerant includes a refrigerant tank having a boiling space in which a part of liquid refrigerant is boiled and vaporized to gas refrigerant by absorbing heat from a heat-generating member, and a radiator having a header through which gas refrigerant from the boiling space flows into plural tubes connected to the header. One end of the header is inserted into the refrigerant tank, and the inserted end portion of the header has a communication port communicating with the boiling space through a gas refrigerant outlet. The communication port has a lower end at the same position as a lower end of the gas refrigerant outlet. Further, the tubes are inserted into the header to have opened ends within the header, and each lower end of the opened ends of the tubes is set at a position higher than the lower end of the communication port and the lower end of the gas refrigerant outlet. Thus, the cooling device prevents liquid refrigerant from flowing into the tubes from the opened ends in the header.
