    摘要: A method for fabricating a three dimensional emblem is disclosed. A pattern is formed in the back surface of a piece of transparent material. Multiple colors are printed to form an emblem in the pattern. After printing, the pattern is filled with resin to make the back surface of the piece of transparent material flat. When the front surface of the transparent material is viewed, the pattern appears as a three dimensional emblem. Since the emblem is under the front surface of the transparent material, the three dimensional emblem is protected and cannot be inadvertently dislodged from the transparent material.

In accordance with the present invention, a predesigned pattern is non-through cut in a stone tile by modern technologies, and then inlaid with decorative materials so that a decorative stone is achieved with increased decorative effect.

    摘要: A decorative molding/casing for use in decorating a room or furniture as disclosed. The decorative molding/casing in general has a routed or lazered front surface establishing a front face section. The rear surface of the molding/casing is preferably milled to create a longitudinal groove which establishes a first interior surface and a pair of symmetric support sections. Any desired artistic design cutouts may then be routed or lazered through the front face section and through the first interior surface into the longitudinal groove. A filler material is then colored or selected. The filler material may then be positioned within the longitudinal groove between the pair of symmetric support sections. The colored surface of the filler material may then be positioned proximate to the first interior surface where the filler material may be secured to the first interior surface by any preferred means as desired by an individual. The colored surface of the filler material then functions as an accent for the decorative molding/casing which may be used as a border or other decorative accent feature within a room or upon furniture or picture frames.

A decorative panel is also formed of panel portions cut by laser using data inputted directly into a computer graphics system.

    摘要: The process comprises insertion of an element in tiles by cementing, the element being obtained by sinking organic or inorganic objects into a transparent matrix made using polyester trivalent, acrylic or epoxy resin, and a subsequent hermetic crystallization of the organic or inorganic element in the transparent matrix. The system for fixing the element in the tile can be done using a paper lattice and glass fibre with silicone glue or hot-gluing done on the back of the tile, or by simple cementing between the lateral surface the transparent element and the lateral surface of the recess made in the tile. The fixture can comprise a further stage of decorative and fixture-coating on the visible side of the tile. The invention can be applied on coloured two-faces tiles so that the insert, thanks to the fact that it is transparent, can be visible on both sides.

    摘要: A clad member is made up of a plate-like clad base material having on its surface a recessed portion, and solidified portions of a metallic material which is different in kind from the clad base material. The solidified portions are disposed in the recessed portion at a distance from each other and are bonded with the clad base material through melting. The clad member is manufactured by forming an elongated recessed portion on a surface of a plate-like clad base material. The recessed portion is filled with a comminuted metallic material which is different in kind from the clad base material. A laser beam is irradiated onto a plurality of regions which are separated from each other in a longitudinal direction of the recessed portion such that partly melted portions of the comminuted metallic material are generated to thereby bond the comminuted metallic material with the clad base material. The melted portions are solidified. The remaining non-molten portions of the comminuted metallic material are removed.

    摘要: A novel process for preparing a pre-cast terrazzo panel having detailed, multicolor designs therein constituted by background and inlay designs of different colors. The inlay and background colors are integral with no surface difference between the inlay and the background. The process involves the steps of (a) providing a pre-cast unpolished terrazzo panel with a first background color; (b) cutting out an inlay pattern or design in the terrazzo panel to create a silhouette cut-out panel; (c) placing the cut-out panel in a mold, pouring a blend of a second color comprising a binder and aggregate into the cut-out and curing the blend to create a cured inlay of a second color in the panel; (d) repeating steps (b) and (c) as often as desired with blends having colors the same or different from the first and second colors; and (e) polishing the resulting panel to produce a terrazzo panel having a plurality of colors. Each inlay color is integral with the background color without the different colors being separated from each other by divider strips.
