    摘要: An object of the invention is to improve precision of current detection in a switching system having plural switching circuits. A first PWM timing generation circuit generates an edge timing of a PWM signal by using a comparison value and a count value and drives a first switching circuit. A second PWM timing generation circuit generates an edge timing of a PWM signal of plural phases by using a comparison value and a count value and drives a second switching circuit. One of the switching circuits is an inverter circuit of a common shunt type in which a shunt resistor is provided commonly for plural phases. One of the PWM timing generation circuits shifts the generated edge timing so that an interval between an edge timing of one of the circuits and an AD conversion timing of the other becomes equal to or larger than a predetermined reference value.

    摘要: A rectification circuit rectifies an alternating current voltage of an alternating current power supply. A parallel converter comprises converters that correspond to phases and that are connected in parallel to an output terminal of the rectification circuit. Each converter comprising a reactor, a switching circuit that is connected in series to the reactor and a diode that is connected in series to the reactor. A smoothing capacitor is connected to an output terminal of the parallel converter. A control circuit generates pulse signals corresponding to phases based on an error voltage between an output voltage of the smoothing capacitor and a reference voltage and on an output voltage of the rectification circuit, and switches the switching circuits in the converters using the pulse signals. Current detection circuits are provided corresponding to the converters and that detect currents flowing through the switching circuits.

    摘要: A multiphase power converter may include a number of LLC converter stages coupled in a parallel interleaved current sharing configuration. The total current provided by the multiphase power converter may be balanced between the different LLC converter stages by sensing a respective output current in each LLC converter stage, with the sensed output current of one of the LLC converter stages used as a reference current, and performing one or more adjustments for each LLC converter stage (other than the reference LLC converter stage), based on the sensed output currents. The adjustments may include adjusting the input voltage provided to the LLC converter stage, the resonant frequency of the LLC converter stage, and/or the effective resonance impedance of the LLC converter stage. The ability to sense the phase current or power makes it possible to achieve balance between different LLC converter stages in a multiphase LLC-stage current sharing configuration.

Each electronic rack includes a fan system having one or more fan units coupled to the rack power supply to provide cooling air to reduce an operating temperature of the IT components, where each of the fan units is to receive the intermediate voltage without going through the voltage regulator and to provide power to a fan of the fan unit.
