    摘要: The embodiments of the present disclosure disclose data simulation method and device for event camera. A specific embodiment of the method includes: decoding the video to be processed to obtain a video frame sequence; inputting a target video frame to a fully convolutional network UNet to obtain event camera contrast threshold distribution information; sampling each pixel in the target video frame to obtain an event camera contrast threshold set; performing processing on the event camera contrast threshold set and the video frame sequence, to obtain the simulated event camera data; performing generative adversarial learning on the simulated event camera data and event camera shooting data, to obtain updated event camera contrast threshold distribution information; generating simulated event camera data. The present disclosure is a computer vision system that can be widely applied to such fields as national defense and military, film and television production, public security, and etc.

    摘要: A photoelectric conversion apparatus includes a pixel, an A/D conversion portion and an output circuit. The pixel includes first and second photoelectric conversion portions and an accumulation portion configured to accumulate a signal charge in a location other than the photoelectric conversion portions. The A/D conversion portion is configured to perform A/D conversions on signals based on signal charges generated in the photoelectric conversions. The output circuit reads out first and second signals based on first and second signal charges accumulated in the first and second photoelectric conversion portions during an electric charge accumulation period and a third signal based on a third signal charge generated in the second photoelectric conversion portion and accumulated in the accumulation portion during the electric charge accumulation period. Conversion periods for analog-to-digital conversion to be performed on at least two of the first, second, or third signals have different lengths.

    摘要: An imaging device includes a plurality of image sensing pixels to generate pixel signals indicative of detected incident light, an analog-to-digital converter coupled to receive the pixel signals from the image sensing pixels and configured to convert the pixel signals into image data representing an image in the detected incident light, and an image signal processor coupled to receive the image data and configured to generate a high dynamic range image based on the image data. Each of the image sensing pixels includes a photoelectric conversion element configured to generate photocharge corresponding to the detected incident light at the image sensing pixel, a floating diffusion region coupled to the photoelectric conversion element to accumulate the generated photocharge, and a dual conversion gain circuit that includes a PMOS transistor and is coupled to the floating diffusion region to provide additional capacitance to the floating diffusion region.

    摘要: First and second readout circuits, each having a respective floating diffusion node, are coupled to a photodetection element within a pixel of an integrated-circuit image sensor. Following an exposure interval in which photocharge is accumulated within the photodetection element, a first portion of the accumulated photocharge is transferred from the photodetection element to the first floating diffusion node to enable generation of a first output signal within the first readout circuit, and a second portion of the accumulated photocharge is transferred from the photodetection element to the second floating diffusion node to enable generation of a second output signal within the second readout circuit. A digital pixel value is generated based on the first and second output signals.
