    Abstract: Provided is an active clamp full bridge converter, which includes: a transformer having a primary coil and a secondary coil and configured to convert a voltage; a primary circuit connected to an input capacitor for supplying an input power and including a full bridge circuit having first to fourth switches to transmit the input power to the primary coil according to a switching operation of the first to fourth switches; and a secondary circuit connected to the secondary coil and including a rectifying bridge circuit having first to fourth diodes, an active clamp circuit connected to the rectifying bridge circuit and composed of an active clamp switch and a clamping capacitor connected in series, and an output inductor connected to the active clamp circuit, to transmit an energy received from the primary circuit by the transformer to an output capacitor connected to the output inductor and the active clamp circuit.

    Abstract: An apparatus and a method for setting a search region for the predicting of a motion vector are disclosed. The apparatus for setting a search region for predicting a motion vector includes: a computation unit configured to compute differences between an origin vector of a search region for a target block for motion vector prediction and predictive motion vectors of multiple blocks adjacent to the target block, and compute a sum of absolute values of the differences; and a search region setting unit configured to set a range value of the search region for the target block by using at least one of the sum of absolute values of the differences and a directionality of the predictive motion vectors for the multiple adjacent blocks. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the amount of computation and the time expended for computation when predicting motion vectors can be significantly reduced.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for determining whether a person is drunk after consuming alcohol capable of analyzing alcohol consumption in a time domain by analyzing a voice, and a recording medium and a terminal for carrying out same. An alcohol consumption-determining terminal comprises: a voice input unit for generating a voice frame by converting an inputted voice signal and outputting the voice frame; a voiced/unvoiced sound analysis unit for determining whether the voice frame inputted through the voice input unit corresponds to a voiced sound, an unvoiced sound, or background noise; a voice frame energy detection unit for extracting the average energy of voice frames which have been determined as a voiced sound by the voiced/unvoiced sound analysis unit; an interval energy detection unit for detecting the average energy of intervals including a plurality of voice frames which have been determined as voiced sounds; and an alcohol consumption determining unit for determining whether a person is drunk after consuming alcohol by extracting a difference value among the average energy of neighboring intervals which have been detected by the interval energy detection unit, thereby determining whether a person is drunk after consuming alcohol by analyzing the voice signal in a time domain.
