    Abstract: In the case of a filling pipe for a fuel tank a branching element is arranged in a section of the filling pipe. The flow of the inflowing fuel preferably runs along an outer wall of the filling pipe, so that a subflow is in each case conducted directly to the antisurge tower through a lower cross-sectional area. Larger volume flows, which completely fill the cross section, pass for the most part directly into the fuel tank. By this means, a sufficient basic supply of the antisurge tower is ensured irrespective of the volume flow produced during filling.

    Abstract: This invention relates to polynucleotide sequences encoding SUT2 or SUT4 sucrose transporter genes. Methods for increasing seed oil content and evaluating increased oil content in a plant seed are described. The compositions and methods disclosed herein employ a variety of sequences that encode sucrose transporters and a variety of sequences that influence fatty acid accumulation, including for example, DGAT, Lec1 and ODP1 transcription factor. In specific embodiments, overexpression of SUT2 and/or SUT4 sucrose transporters in combination with DGAT genes further increase plant seed oil production compared to a high oil plant comprising recombinant DNA constructs that do not overexpress SUT2 or SUT4 transporters.

    Abstract: Compositions comprising a modulated tocol content in a plant or plant part are provided. In specific embodiments, the compositions and methods of the invention modulate tocol content by modulating the level of a polypeptide having a LEC1-type B domain in combination with modulating the level of at least one other polypeptide involved in tocol biosynthesis.
