摘要:
A motherboard of a computer system has a video display port, a reprogrammable non-volatile memory, a controller for the non-volatile memory, and a graphics controller circuit for outputting video signals to the video display port. A wired-OR circuit connects the graphics controller circuit to the controller to the port. Thus, the video display port can be used to output video signals from the computer system to a peripheral video display device, and the video display port can be used as an input port to reprogram the non-volatile memory. The present invention also relates to a non-volatile memory device which has an array of non-volatile memory cells and two ports for communication therewith. A first port receives a first communication protocol and interfaces with the array in the first communication protocol. A second port receives a second communication protocol and converts the second communication protocol into the first communication protocol.

In one embodiment, a metric collection system may collect application metrics across multiple data centers in specific time intervals. A local collection point 108 may establish an absolute reference time for a local data center 102. The local collection point 108 may determine a source reporting interval for an application 106 based on the absolute reference time. The local collection point 108 may receive a source metric report 300 for the application 106 based on the source reporting interval.

Insertable imaging devices, and methods of use thereof in minimally invasive medical procedures, are described. In some embodiments, insertable imaging devices are described that can be introduced and removed from an access port without disturbing or risking damage to internal tissue. In some embodiments, imaging devices are integrated into an access port, thereby allowing imaging of internal tissues within the vicinity of the access port, while, for example, enabling manipulation of surgical tools in the surgical field of interest. In other embodiments, imaging devices are integrated into an imaging sleeve that is insertable into an access port. Several example embodiments described herein provide imaging devices for performing imaging within an access port, where the imaging may be based one or more imaging modalities that may include, but are not limited to, magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound, optical imaging such as hyperspectral imaging and optical coherence tomography, and electrical conductive measurements.

System and methods are provided for adaptively and interoperatively configuring an automated arm used during a medical procedure. The automated arm is configured to position and orient an end effector on the automated arm a desired distance and orientation from a target. The end effector may be an external video scope and the target may be a surgical port. The positions and orientations of the end effector and the target may be continuously updated. The position of the arm may be moved to new locations responsive to user commands. The automated arm may include a multi-joint arm attached to a weighted frame. The weighted frame may include a tower and a supporting beam.

A content item hosted by a content item source (such as a weblog post of a weblog) may receive updates (e.g., comments submitted by users), and may be discussed among users in a chat group of a chat service. The content item source and the chat service may coordinate to notify users of updates to the content item, and to share content regarding the content item. When a user requests to subscribe to updates of the content item, the content item source may invite the user to join a chat group of the chat service created for discussion of the content item. Additionally, updates to the content item received by the content item source may be automatically posted as messages in the chat group, and messages posted in the chat group regarding the content item may be automatically posted as updates to the content item at the content item source.

A system and method are provided for reducing signal skew. The method includes receiving a netlist having components and connections among the components. Each connection has at least one signal wire. A plurality of net groups is identified, each net group including at least some of the connections and for which equivalent routing is desired. For each net group, the method includes systematically routing connection paths between the components for the connections, each connection path extending between an output of one of the components and an input to at least one other of the components and including at least one path fragment. Routing includes, for at least one of the connections of the net group, routing at least one grounded shielding wire in a routing channel adjacent and parallel to at least one of the path fragments of the connection path.

A system for reducing the signal delay skew is disclosed, according to a variety of embodiments. One illustrative embodiment of the present disclosure is directed to a method. According to one illustrative embodiment, the method includes receiving an initial netlist comprising components and connection paths among the components. The method further includes identifying one or more skew-influencing features in a first connection path in the initial netlist that lack corresponding skew-influencing features in a second connection path in the initial netlist. The method also includes generating a skew-corrected netlist wherein the second connection path includes one or more added skew-influencing features corresponding to those of the first connection path. The method further includes outputting the skew-corrected netlist.

The present disclosure provides compositions and methods for increasing bone growth and/or enhancing wound healing, for example, fracture repair. The disclosure provides recombinant nucleic acids useful for promoting bone growth. For example, the disclosure provides recombinant nucleic acids that encode a fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) analog. The disclosure also provides vectors and cells incorporating these nucleic acids, as well as FGF-2 analogs encode by them. The disclosure also provides a mouse system of bone marrow transplantation and methods for producing as well as methods for using the system. Methods for inducing division and/or inducing differentiation of a hematopoietic stem cell are also provided, as are methods for enhancing bone growth and/or wound repair (for example, fracture repair).
