摘要: A vehicle main switch includes a moving member with a movable contact, the moving member being detachably fitted to a crankshaft. A terminal is slidably contactable with the movable contact. The terminal is supported by and extends through an insulating plate. A cover is provided to cover the terminal. The moving member is fitted to the crankshaft so that the moving member, the insulating plate and the cover can be turned together through a predetermined angle in a direction of rotation of the crankshaft when the moving member is detached from the crankshaft. The cover includes a window through which a wiring coupler may be detachably coupled to the terminal.

摘要: An optical disc has a recording surface on which a spiral track having a predetermined track pitch is formed. A plurality of information units are formed on the track each of which has a predetermined unit length in a circumferential direction and a radial direction of the optical disc respectively. The information is converted in a shape and a disposed position of an information pit, which is formed in each of the plurality of information units. A method of reproducing the information includes the steps of: irradiating a reading light to form a light spot on the information pit; detecting an outer light portion, which corresponds to an outer circumferential side domain, among a reflective light shaped in a spot from the information pit, which is projected on an imaginary plane including a light receiving surface of a light detecting apparatus to output a light detection signal indicating the detected outer light portion; and reproducing the information on the basis of the light detection signal.

摘要: A misfire detection method is provided, which method makes it possible to accurately detect the occurrence/absence of misfire by eliminating a detection error in misfire detection. This error is caused by a vibrational increase or decrease of the rotational changing rate of a crankshaft after a misfire state occurs. A processor, which receives pulse outputs from a crank angle sensor, calculates in sequence angular accelerations D.omega..sub.n-2, D.omega..sub.n-1, D.omega..sub.n, and D.omega..sub.n+1 in crank angle areas which correspond to a preceding cylinder, two cylinders checked for misfire, and a succeeding cylinder, respectively. If the values D.omega..sub.n-1 and D.omega..sub.n n significantly decrease in comparison with the values D.omega..sub.n-2 and D.omega..sub.n-1, respectively, then it is tentatively determined that misfire has occurred in both cylinders checked. Then If the value D.omega..sub.n+1 significantly increases compared to the value D.omega..sub.n, then the restoration to the normal combustion state is confirmed, and the occurrence of misfire in the two cylinders checked is definitely determined.

摘要: Printed circuit boards with busbars for providing large current interconnections are disclosed. The printed circuit board 6 has through holes through each of which a cylindrical fixture member 12 having a top nut portion 12b extends to be secured to the board 6 by means of the bottom flange 12p and the radial outward extension 12a formed by a pressing or caulking step. Each one of the leads 4 of circuit elements 3 has a pin-shaped end portion having a male thread 4a formed thereon which engages with the nut portion 12b of a fixture member, wherein the pin-shaped portion 4a of each lead extends through a through hole formed in the busbars 1 so that the busbars 1 are securely held between the fixture members 12 and the stoppers (radial extensions) 4b formed at the base of the pin-shaped portions 4a of the leads 4. Alternatively, the busbars 1 are held between two radial outward extensions 12a and 12A of each one of the fixture member (FIG. 5), or are held together with the board 6 between the flange 12p and the radial extension 12a thereof (FIG. 9). The busbars may be bent and deformed to realize a three-dimensional busbar interconnection pattern (FIG. 10).

摘要: A pen holding device has a pen or pens slidable in a pen holder which is fixed removably to a drafting head frame. The pens are moved up and down by actuating means mounted on the drafting head frame, for drafting and mooring. The engagement of the actuating means to the pens are very easily released by a single releasing mechanism for easy and quick exchange of the pens.

摘要: In a device for measuring blood sedimentation rate automatically, a light-sensitive paper sheet is disposed so as to be movable relative to a blood sedimentation measuring tube, such as Westergren tube; a slit is provided between the light-sensitive paper and the measuring tube; and lamp means are provided on one side of the measuring tube opposite to the slit. Thus, the shade of the sedimented red blood corpuscles in the measuring tube formed as the light pulses from the lamp means passes through the measuring tube is projected on the light-sensitive paper through the slit with the feed of the paper and light pulses occurring in exact synchronism, and the rate of the blood sedimentation can be automatically recorded on the paper.

摘要: The present invention has an object to enrich expression of contents of an e-mail message. In a mobile phone (1), text data (TxD) is input, and a 3D authoring operation is carried out. The text data (TxD) and 3D authoring instruction data (DD) are transmitted from the mobile phone (1) to a server (3), and then, scenario data (SD) which is control information about 3D graphics is generated in the server (3). The text data (TxD) and scenario data (SD) are stored in the server (3) as 3D message information (MD). When access information to the 3D message information (MD) is notified from the mobile phone (1) to a mobile phone (2), the mobile phone (2) makes access to the server (3) to download the 3D message information (MD) and a necessary 3D font. 3D character mail is thereby reproduced in the mobile phone (2).

摘要: Disclosed is a multiprocessor apparatus including a co-processor provided in common to a plurality of processors and including a plurality of resources and an arbitration circuit that arbitrates contention among the processors with respect to use of a resource in the co-processor by the processors through a co-processor bus, which is a tightly coupled bus, for each resource or each resource hierarchy according to instructions issued from the processors to the co-processor. Under control by the arbitration circuit, simultaneous use of a plurality of resources on a same hierarchy or different hierarchies in the co-processor by the processors through the tightly coupled bus is allowed.
