A display panel includes a driving backplane, a plurality of light-emitting devices spaced apart at a side of the driving backplane a pixel definition layer located at a same side of the driving backplane as the light-emitting device and provided with a plurality of openings and a lens layer located at a side of the light-emitting device away from the driving backplane. The lens layer includes a separating lens and an intermediate lens, the separating lens is provided with a light-transmitting hole, and the intermediate lens is located within a range surrounded by the light-transmitting hole and is spaced apart from a sidewall of the light-transmitting hole. The display panel further includes a dielectric layer covering the lens layer and filling the light-transmitting hole, and a cover plate located at a side of the dielectric layer away from the driving backplane.

The display panel includes: a driving backplane, a light-emitting-device layer provided on the driving backplane, and a packaging layer, a color-film layer and a light absorbing layer provided on one side of the light-emitting-device layer that is further away from the driving backplane; wherein the light absorbing layer is configured for absorbing light rays of a specific wavelength in external-environment light and in light rays emitted by the light-emitting-device layer; and the specific wavelength includes at least one of a wavelength between a red-light wave band and a green-light wave band, a wavelength between a green-light wave band and a blue-light wave band, a wavelength shorter than a blue-light wave band and a wavelength longer than a red-light wave band.

The disclosure provides a multi-page display screen and a mobile phone including the same. The multi-page display screen includes a first display sub-screen and a second display sub-screen formed by flexible screens. The first display sub-screen and the second display sub-screen each includes a first half screen and a second half screen. The first half screen and the second half screen are pivotable and foldable relative to each other, and the first half screen and the second half screen can be unfolded relative to each other to constitute the first display sub-screen and the second display sub-screen respectively. Backs of the first half screens of the first display sub-screen and in the second display sub-screen are bonded together, such that the first display sub-screen and the second display sub-screen are arranged as book pages. The multi-page display screen makes it easy to switch to a page of a different mode.

A mobile terminal is provided and includes a display panel, a processor, a controller and at least two image collectors located at a side of the display panel distal to a side of a light outgoing surface of the display panel; the at least two image collectors are configured to acquire images of a same scene at the side of the light outgoing surface of the display panel so as to obtain at least two preview images; the processor is configured to synthesize the acquired at least two preview images into a target image such that a sharpness of the target image is higher than a sharpness of each of the preview images; and the controller is configured to send the target image to the display panel for display.

An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of sub pixels arranged on the base substrate, wherein each of the sub pixels includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a plurality of spacer strips, and the plurality of spacer strips is provided below the first electrode and the second electrode. By forming spacer strips which make a pixel electrode and a common electrode protruded on the array substrate, the horizontal electric field is enhance, the longitudinal electric field is suppressed, and thus the transmittance can be improved.

The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides a TFT, its manufacturing method and a display device. A first region of an active layer of the TFT corresponding to a gap between a source electrode and a drain electrode includes a metallic oxide semiconductor layer and a silicon semiconductor layer arranged on the metallic oxide semiconductor layer. The source electrode and the drain electrode are directly lapped onto the active layer.

Disclosed is a thin film transistor, including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The source electrode includes a loop structure with an opening, and a width of the opening is less than a maximum width of an inner ring of the loop structure of the source electrode in a direction identical to a direction of the width of the opening. The drain electrode is surrounded by the loop structure, and is not in contact with the source electrode. The drain electrode is distant from the inner ring of the loop structure of the source electrode at a same interval.
