摘要: The invention relates to a master cylinder with a pressure chamber formed in a housing of the master cylinder and a reservoir bore for accommodating a pressure fluid reservoir, a valve with a closing element being provided which due to a pressure difference prevailing between the pressure chamber and the pressure fluid reservoir can be moved into an opening position or a closing position, the valve in its opening position allowing a pressure fluid flow from the pressure fluid reservoir into the pressure chamber and throttling or preventing, in its closing position, a pressure fluid flow from the pressure chamber into the pressure fluid reservoir.Means are provided which maintain the closing body in its opening position when it is acted upon by a closing pressure difference during vacuum filling of the brake system.

摘要: Vacuum brake booster for motor vehicles comprising a booster housing whose interior is subdivided by a movable wall into a vacuum chamber and a working chamber, a control valve that controls a pressure difference acting upon the movable wall and is accommodated in a control housing that carries the movable wall, said control valve being composed of two concentrically arranged sealing seats and an elastically deformable valve member, wherein the control housing includes a cavity through which a cross member extends and delimits the axial movability of a valve piston relative to the control housing, and the cross member includes at least one projection made of an elastic material in the area where the cross member rests against the booster housing. At least one projection made of an elastic material is provided in the area of points of abutment between the control housing and the cross member.

摘要: The invention relates to a master cylinder, in particular for a hydraulic brake system, with at least one pressure chamber formed in a housing of the master cylinder and at least one reservoir bore for accommodating a pressure fluid reservoir, a valve with a closing element being provided which due to a pressure difference prevailing between the pressure chamber and the pressure fluid reservoir can be moved into an opening position or a closing position, the valve in its opening position allowing a pressure fluid flow from the pressure fluid reservoir into the pressure chamber and throttling or preventing, in its closing position, a pressure fluid flow in the opposite direction to the pressure fluid flow from the pressure chamber into the pressure fluid reservoir. In order to allow not only a reduction of the lost travel of the master cylinder but also a vacuum filling of the brake system, means are provided which maintain the closing body in its opening position when it is acted upon by a closing pressure difference due to an evacuation for the purpose of vacuum filling of the brake system and allow the closing element to move in its closing position when the brake is actuated.

摘要: The present invention relates to a brake force booster with a panic braking function for automotive vehicles. The present invention includes that the first sealing seat arranged movably in relation to the control housing wherein the sealing seat is fixed to a lever such that when a predetermined relative displacement between valve piston and control housing is exceeded so that the lever prevents at least a movement of the sealing seat in the actuating direction. The brake force booster with a brake assist function is easy to manufacture and, in addition, ensures a controllability of the brake force in the emergency braking position.

摘要: The invention relates to a plastisol composition based on bead polymers. The bead polymers preferably have a core/shell structure and an average diameter of 1 to 150 .mu.m. The bead polymers are preferably chlorine-free and are made up at least of a) styrene, .alpha.-methyl styrene and/or p-methyl styrene on the one hand and b) 2 to 20% by weight (based on the copolymer) of olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acids. The plastisol composition according to the invention may be used for the production of coating compositions, sealing compounds and adhesives.

摘要: A vacuum brake power booster for automotive vehicles includes a booster housing whose interior is subdivided into a vacuum chamber and a working chamber by a moveable wall. A control housing carries the moveable wall and accommodates a control valve which controls a pressure differential acting upon the moveable wall. The control valve has at least two sealing seats cooperating with an elastic valve member and is operable by an actuating rod. One of the sealing seats is operable, irrespective of the actuating rod, by an electromagnet whose armature is in force-transmitting interaction with one of the sealing seats. An electrical switching apparatus is also included, the control signals of which influence the current supply of the electromagnet thereby enabling its deactivation. The switching apparatus are operable by a relative movement between a valve piston and the control housing.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for the production of pure, substantially neutral, low-volatility organic compounds containing reactive olefinic double bonds from starting materials which contain these components together with small quantities of acidic reaction constituents and/or corresponding auxiliaries in the liquid phase by neutralization and separation of the salts formed. The process according to the invention is characterized in that, to obtain pure products which combine low residual acid values with low color standard numbers, even without distillation, the neutralization is carried out as dry neutralization using solid, finely powdered oxides, carbonates and/or hydroxides of the alkali and/or alkaline earth metals, if desired together with other insoluble basic metal oxide compounds, and the organic liquid phase is subsequently separated from the finely powdered solid phase. The oxides and/or hydroxides of calcium and/or magnesium are preferably used for neutralization.
