摘要: A rotation detector for detecting the rotational speed and phase of the upper rotary drum of a guide drum of a VTR in respect to the stationary drum of the guide drum as the upper rotary drum rotates about its rotational axis, the rotation detector including a magnet mounted on the lower surface of the upper rotary drum along a first circumferential path which is coaxial with the rotational axis of the upper rotary drum, five yoke members mounted along the first circumferential path on the lower surface of the upper rotary drum with the magnet and each yoke member being equally spaced from one another along the first circumferential path, a first iron core having a coil wound about it mounted on the stationary drum along a second circumferential path which is coaxial with and opposing the first circumferential path for producing a signal corresponding to the rotational phase of the upper rotary drum in response to the passing of only the magnet during rotation of the upper rotary drum, and two second iron cores, each having a U-shaped configuration with a first leg including a magnet and a second leg having a coil wound about it, mounted along the second circumferential path of the stationary drum for producing a signal corresponding to the rotational speed of the upper rotary drum in response to the passing of the magnet and five yoke members during rotation of the upper rotary drum.

摘要: An electric compressor controller includes a compressor that compresses refrigerant of an air conditioning system; a motor that drives the compressor; an inverter that selectively control switching elements based on PWM pulse signals to supply drive power to the motor and heats the refrigerant by heat generated due to switching of the switching elements during a heating operation; temperature detectors each detects junction temperature of each of the switching elements; a drive controller that supplies the pulse signals to the inverter to control the inverter; and a slope varying unit that variably controls precipitous degree of rising/falling slope waveforms of the pulse signals based on the junction temperature detected by the temperature detectors. According to the electric compressor controller, efficiency for heating refrigerant is improved, so that its own heating ability is improved.

摘要: The present invention relates to a toner for electrophotography including a polyester obtained by subjecting a crystalline polyester-containing aqueous dispersion and a non-crystalline polyester-containing aqueous dispersion to aggregation and coalescence, as a resin binder, wherein the crystalline polyester is produced by polycondensing an alcohol component containing 70 mol % or more of an aliphatic diol having 2 to 8 carbon atoms with a carboxylic acid component containing 50 mol % or more of terephthalic acid. The toner is excellent in low-temperature fusing ability and pressure storage stability.

摘要: A prediction table is stored in an NVM and an in-apparatus temperature is measured by a temperature sensor, a registration control adjustment based on the prediction table is carried out if an absolute value of a variation in the in-apparatus temperature is smaller than a threshold, and a registration adjusting patch is formed to actually measure a positional shift amount if the absolute value of the variation in the in-apparatus temperature is equal to or greater than the threshold. When the positional shift amount measured actually is greatly different from a value of the prediction table, the value of the prediction table is modified into the actually measured value.

摘要: A memory apparatus includes a control circuit, a plurality of memory arrays, each of which contains a plurality of memory cells, and a current detecting circuit. The current detecting circuit measures a quantity of a current of a first memory array. A redundancy information is changed when the quantity of the current of the first memory array is over a first current quantity detected by the current detecting circuit. The control circuit controls an access to the memory arrays, and changes the access to the first memory array to a second memory array in accordance with the redundancy information.

摘要: A memory array including memory mats is arranged in a U shape when seen in two dimensions, and a logic circuit and an analog circuit are arranged in a region unoccupied by the memory array. This facilitates transmission of power supply voltage and signals between the peripheral circuit including the analog and logic circuits and the pad band including power supply and data pads. The analog circuit is positioned close to the power supply pad, so that voltage drop due to the resistance of power supply interconnection is restricted. It is also possible to separate a charge pumping power supply interconnection and a peripheral circuit power supply interconnection in the vicinity of the power supply pad.

The number of revolutions of the engine is caused to vary in accordance with the size of a load on the engine. In response to a decrease in the load requested of the engine, the engine is decelerated by causing the generator to generate power. In response to an increase in the load requested of the engine, the engine is accelerated by assisting the engine by driving the electric motor.

摘要: A promoter for a polycondensation reaction used together with a catalyst in a polycondensation reaction, the promoter for a polycondensation reaction comprising a pyrogallol compound having a benzene ring of which three hydrogen atoms adjacent to each other are substituted by hydroxyl groups; and a polycondensation resin obtained by polycondensing raw material monomers using the promoter as defined above and the catalyst. A polycondensation resin can be produced using the promoter of the present invention together with a catalyst in a polycondensation reaction, and the polycondensation resin can be used in various applications including, for example, films, sheets, fibers, toner materials for electrophotography, and the like.
