Partial data or whole data of a second data block using a long sector defined on the hard disk side as a base and surrounding the starting end and terminating end addresses of a first data block using a host-defined sector as a base is read from the hard disk and written to the flash memory before the data process using the flash memory as a cache is performed based on a command.
