    摘要: A phase locked loop circuit having a voltage controlled oscillator for generating a clock signal with a frequency determined by a voltage control signal supplied to the voltage controlled oscillator, an AD-conversion circuit for sampling a target signal with a timing determined by the clock signal and for converting sampled values into digital data, a phase locked loop control circuit for generating control data with values representing values of the digital data, and a DA-conversion circuit having an adjustable conversion characteristic for converting the control data into an analog signal and for outputting the analog signal to the voltage controlled oscillator as the voltage control signal. The adjustable conversion characteristic of the DA-conversion circuit is adjusted on the basis of an input signal having predetermined playback characteristics and when the phase locked loop circuit is part of a recording and reproducing apparatus, the input signal is a reproduced signal from a signal recorded on a recording medium.

    摘要: In a wheel position identifying device for a vehicle, transmitters are disposed in wheels, respectively. Each of the transmitters has a dual axis acceleration sensor and a control unit. The dual axis acceleration sensor detects a normal-direction acceleration and a tangential-direction acceleration of the wheel associated with the transmitter. The control unit determines whether the wheel associated with the transmitter is a right wheel or a left wheel based on a sign of a product of a time differential value of the normal-direction acceleration and the tangential-direction acceleration, and stores data regarding a determination result in a frame. A receiver receives the frame from each transmitter and identifies a position of the transmitter based on the data stored in the frame. The wheel position identifying device is for example employed to a tire pressure detecting apparatus.

    摘要: An apparatus for detecting positions of wheels of a vehicle is provided. In the apparatus, a triggering signal is transmitted from the body side to each transceiver mounted at each wheel. In each transceiver, the strength of the received triggering signal is measured and formatted into a frame of data to be transmitted to a receiver mounted to the vehicle body. The strength of the triggering signal is used to detect wheel positions by determining that each transceiver is disposed at which wheel. The receiver determines if there is a reply of the frame of data containing the strength when the triggering device transmits the triggering signal. When no reply comes from the transceiver, the strength of noise is measured in the transceiver in response to a command from the receiver. When the noise strength is less than a threshold, the receiver commands an alarm member to issue an alarm.

    摘要: In a vehicle's wheel position detecting apparatus, plural transceivers respectively attached to the front and rear four wheels are provided. Each transceiver receives a triggering signal, calculates a reception intensity of the triggering signal, stores data indicating the reception intensity into a frame, and transmits the frame to a receiver attached to a vehicle's body. Each triggering signal radio-transmitted from the first and second triggering devices contains a startup command to starts up each transceiver and an execution command to allow each transceiver to calculate the reception intensity. The first and second triggering devices, which are responsible for radio-transmitting the triggering signal toward at least the front wheels and the rear wheels respectively, are positionally offset to either way in the body's lateral direction. A receiver receives the frames and uses the frames radio-transmitted from the transceivers to detect the wheels' positions using the reception intensity in each frame.
