摘要: In a vehicle air conditioner, a refrigerant cycle system is constructed to switch a cooling refrigerant cycle where an interior heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, and a hot gas heater cycle where the interior heat exchanger is used as a radiator. Further, it is determined whether the interior heat exchanger has a quantity of retained water in a heating mode due to the hot gas heater cycle. When it is determined that the quantity of retained water is in the interior heat exchanger in the heating mode, operation of a compressor of the refrigerant cycle system is intermittently controlled so that temperature of air blown from the interior heat exchanger becomes lower than temperature of a vehicle windshield.

摘要: The refrigerant cycle apparatus comprises a communication pipe 32 which is an upper refrigerant flow-in means allowing the refrigerant which has passed through a condenser 2 to flow into the upper part of a liquid receiver 31, and a communication hole 33 which is a lower refrigerant flow-in means allowing the refrigerant which has passed through the condenser 2 to flow into the lower part of the liquid receiver 31, and the flow rate (Gr1) of refrigerant flowing into the upper part of the liquid receiver 31 from the communication pipe 32 is set at a value between 30 kg/h and 110 kg/h. As a result of this, preventing heat damage due to the heat given to the liquid receiver from the outside and securing the good bubble disappearing characteristic of the liquid refrigerant flowing out from the liquid receiver are mutually compatible, and thereby an improved refrigerant filling characteristic may be obtained.

摘要: The present invention provides an adsorption-type cooling apparatus comprising first, second, third, and fourth adsorption devices filled with a coolant and contain adsorbents which adsorb evaporated coolant and desorb the adsorbed coolant during heating. Adsorption cores provide heat exchange between the adsorbents and a heat medium, and evaporation and condensation cores provide heat exchange between heating medium and the coolant. A cooling device in which heating medium cooled in the evaporation and condensation cores circulates and cools the object of cooling. A heating means supplies a high-temperature heat medium to the first-fourth adsorption devices. A cooling means supplies a low-temperature heat medium which has a temperature lower than that of the high-temperature heat medium to the first-fourth adsorption devices. Also, a switching control means is provided which switches between multiple states.

摘要: Light is led from a light source to the surface of a detecting area on an intermediate product by way of a route of an optical fiber and a probe. After reaching the detecting area, light successively passes through the layers formed on a conductive substrate of the intermediate product, and is reflected on the surface of the conductive substrate. The reflected light reversely travels through the layers and a reverse route of the probe and the optical fiber, and reaches a spectrophotometer. A spectral absorption ratio calculating unit in a film-thickness calculating section calculates spectral absorption ratios from a spectrum produced by the spectrophotometer. A thickness converting unit substitutes the spectral absorption ratios into a multiple regression equation that is read out of a multiple regression memory, and produces the film thickness or the characteristic value dependent on the film thickness.

摘要: The present invention provides a compact camera head for a solid-state image pickup device, a dimension of which is not so limited by a package for a solid-state image pickup element. Outer-leads are connected via inner-leads respectively to electrodes of a solid-state image pickup chip to constitute the solid-state image pickup element. An optical glass plate is attached to a light-receiving surface of the solid-state image pickup chip. The outer-leads are connected to side electrodes of a circuit module constituted by a chip-connecting board, a circuit board and a connector board, to thereby provide an image pickup unit. The image pickup unit is inserted into a chassis, and the opposite open ends of the chassis are sealed by an optical filter and a seal plate.

摘要: A cowling assembly is mounted on a front portion of the frame of a motorcycle. The cowling assembly includes a cowling covering a front portion of the frame, a windshield disposed on and continuously blending into a central upper portion of the cowling, and a pair of air ducts extending along laterally opposite sides of the windshield and having an air inlet for introducing an air flow developed when the motorcycle is running into the cowling and an air outlet for discharging the air flow introduced from the air inlet in a substantially upward direction. The air inlet is positioned near a lower end of the windshield on each side of the cowling, and the air outlet is positioned at an upper end of the cowling.
