摘要: The control apparatus acquires an ideal velocity characteristic of a control surface, and the temperature of pressure oil of the actuator to be tested and the operating speed of the control surface when the actuator is attached to the control surface. The control apparatus corrects the ideal velocity characteristic of the control surface by using the pressure oil temperature and the control surface operating speed. The control apparatus sets an upper limit and a lower limit by using a predicted value for a fluctuation range for a fluctuation factor that causes a fluctuation of the control surface operating speed, with reference to the corrected ideal velocity characteristic, measures the pressure oil temperature and the operating speed by actuating the control surface, with the actuator to be tested placed in a damping mode, and determines whether the measured value falls within the range between the upper limit and the lower limit.

摘要: In a material determining step, the material constituting an actuator and the material constituting a link are determined such that at least one of the materials contains fiber reinforced plastic. In a computing step, a computation model that defines the relationship between a control surface, the actuator, and the link is used to compute the change in gain margin with the change in a rigidity ratio, which is the ratio of the rigidity of the link to the rigidity of the actuator. The rigidities of the actuator and the link are determined in a rigidity determining step based on a result of the above-described computation, the shapes of the actuator and the link are determined in a shape determining step, and the actuator and the link are formed in a formation step, and are assembled in an assembly step.

摘要: An outboard motor has an internal combustion engine with a carburetor. The carburetor is designed to extend maintenance interval greatly by preventing or suppressing the deposition of solid matters in the gap between the intake passage and a butterfly-type throttle valve therein. The throttle valve is divided, by a valve axis about which the throttle valve turns, into a first valve part that turns from the downstream side to the upstream side with respect to an air intake direction when the fully closed throttle valve is opened and a second valve part that turns from the upstream side to the downstream side with respect to the air intake direction when the fully closed throttle valve is opened. The first valve part has an edge that moves to the upstream side past bypass ports when the fully closed throttle valve is opened, and the second valve part is provided with a through hole that allows air to flow therethrough at a flow rate necessary for idling when the throttle valve is fully closed.

摘要: An electric vacuum cleaner includes a nozzle assembly 5 including: a base member 6; a movable member 7 inversely rotatably attached to the base member 6 and having one surface formed with a suction opening 20; and a covering member 8 movably attached to the base member 6. Holding members 22 for holding a cleaning sheet 21 are formed on the other surface of the movable member 7. When the one surface of the movable member 7 faces a floor surface and the other surface thereof is covered by the covering member 8, the electric vacuum cleaner can pick up filth through the suction opening 20. When the movable member 7 is rotated inversely so that the cleaning sheet 21 faces the floor surface, the electric vacuum cleaner can catch the filth by the cleaning sheet 21 and pick up the relatively large filth via a communicating path 34 formed in between the movable member 7 and the covering member 8, and the suction opening 20 connected to the communicating path 34.

摘要: A semiconductor device having a substrate, a conductive layer formed on the substrate, an upper insulting film formed on the upper surface of the conductive layer and having a sectional shape with its width reduced upwardly, and a sidewall insulating film formed on the sidewall of the conductive layer and the upper insulating film having a sectional shape with its width reduced upwardly. The shape of the upper insulating film and, particularly, the sidewall insulating film prevent a polycrystalline silicon film formed on the upper insulating film and the sidewall insulating film from having a surface in the vertical direction relative to the substrate. Consequently, the disconnection of an upper layer interconnection can be effectively prevented, and miniaturization of elements can be achieved without forming fence-shaped residue when a conductive layer formed on the sidewall insulating film is anisotropically etched by plasma etching.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of forming an interconnection pattern which causes no disconnection even when making contact with water in the atmosphere. An interconnection layer is formed on a semiconductor substrate. The interconnection layer is selectively etched by employing a halogen-type gas, to form an interconnection pattern. Ultraviolet rays are directed onto the interconnection pattern in the atmosphere including a hydrogen gas. This method avoids generation of hydrogen halogenide which causes corrosion of metal interconnections even when the metal interconnections make contact with water in the atmosphere, thereby to prevent disconnections of the metal interconnections.
