摘要： In a material determining step, the material constituting an actuator and the material constituting a link are determined such that at least one of the materials contains fiber reinforced plastic. In a computing step, a computation model that defines the relationship between a control surface, the actuator, and the link is used to compute the change in gain margin with the change in a rigidity ratio, which is the ratio of the rigidity of the link to the rigidity of the actuator. The rigidities of the actuator and the link are determined in a rigidity determining step based on a result of the above-described computation, the shapes of the actuator and the link are determined in a shape determining step, and the actuator and the link are formed in a formation step, and are assembled in an assembly step.

A metal frame that is made of a metallic material and that is provided so as to extend across the coupling portion and the pair of linear portions and a composite frame that is made of fiber-reinforced plastic and that is provided so as to extend at least in the pair of linear portions are bonded together, and thereby, the pair of linear portions and the coupling portion are formed. The metal frame is provided so as to extend from the fulcrum shaft attachment portion to the cylinder attachment portion.

摘要： Disclosed is a resin laminate having a surface layer excellent in antistatic properties, scratch resistance, and transparency. Also disclosed is a method for producing the resin laminate with a high productivity. Further disclosed is a transfer film for use in the production of the resin laminate. The resin laminate comprises a resin shaped article, an antistatic layer containing a π-electron conjugated conductive polymer and at least one resin selected from a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, a polyesterurethane resin, an acrylic resin, and a melamine resin on at least one surface of the shaped article, and a cured coating film layer obtained by curing a curable resin on the antistatic layer. The method for producing the resin laminate preferably comprises the steps of forming the cured coating film layer and the antistatic layer on a mold using a transfer film, carrying out cast polymerization of a raw material for a resin, and detaching the resin laminate from the mold after the polymerization is completed.

摘要： A conveying roller pair disposed in a bleaching-fixing bath of a photographic printer is constituted of a flat roller and a projection roller. Plural roller pieces are fixed to a roller shaft of the projection roller. Plural projections are formed by coating molding on an outer peripheral surface of the roller piece. Each roller piece has a core with an approximately ring shape, and an elastic layer with plural projections. The core and the elastic layer are adhered through a primer layer. Accordingly, uniform adhesive strength is secured and slipping of the elastic layer on the core is prevented. Since the plural projections are arranged in a phase-coherent manner, contact condition and contact pressure between the sheet and the projection roller are kept constant. As a result, a skew of the sheet is prevented.

摘要： Laminates for electronic components are produced by applying a polyimide resin precursor solution containing a palladium compound on a polyimide substrate, drying the resulting coating to form a polyimide resin precursor layer, irradiating this layer with ultraviolet rays in the presence of a hydrogen donor to form nuclei for primer plating, forming a metal primer layer by electroless plating, and converting the polyimide resin precursor layer into a polyimide resin layer through imidation by heating either after or before the formation of a surface plating layer. The invention provides laminates for electronic components which are extremely improved in adhesion to metal layers without impairing the characteristics inherent in the substrate and are excellent in insulating properties, and polyimide resin precursor resin solution to be used in the production of the laminates.
