    摘要: An infrared heat-image camera is aimed at a hot surface not perpendicular thereto but instead in a direction almost parallel to the surface, presenting to the camera a heat image of the surface not cartesian but instead highly distorted in accordance with the laws of optical perspective. The camera's output data is correspondingly non-cartesian and distorted with respect to organization and content, but the data is applied to a computer which transforms it to cartesian organization and corrects content, and then a corrected cartesian display is generated, simulating the heat image which would be presented to a perpendicularly aimed camera. Alternatively, the camera's scanning mechanisms are programmed to follow a non-cartesian scanning schedule, the geometry of which itself causes the camera output data to have the cartesian organization of a perpendicularly aimed camera. Preferably, the scanning schedule is modified to effect transformation to cartesian organization in only one direction, and transformation to cartesian organization in the other direction is computer-performed.

To achieve plane surfaces of the semifinished product, the remaining cavity between the carrier layers and the integrated circuit is filled with a filling material in such a way that plane surfaces of the semifinished product result in the area of the cavity which are flush with the surfaces of the carrier layers.

    摘要: An apparatus for singling cards, such as check cards, identity cards and the like, which consists of a magazine for storing the cards in a stack, a removing device and a retaining device. The cards are disposed in the magazine rotated at a defined angle from one another, resulting in protruding surfaces between two successive cards. For singling, the uppermost card is lifted off in an axis perpendicular to the card surface by means of a removing device. The card following the uppermost card is held back in the magazine by means of a retaining device, the retaining device acting on the protruding surface of the following card.

    摘要: In order to simplify the production of an identification card having a colored magnetic track, it is proposed that the magnetic track located on the laminating or transfer band be masked by a white layer of color. By applying the white masked magnetic track to a white colored card layer or to a transparent layer to be underlaid with a white colored layer, one produces a completely user-neutral semifinished product. This iniformly designed semifinished product can then be provided on one or both sides with the particular printed pattern desired as one chooses. the design being selected without any separate consideration of the stripe area.
