摘要: A non-volatile electrically alterable semiconductor memory devices and method for fabricating the device are disclosed. Memory cells of a split gate structure, each having a floating gate, a control gate and a select gate, are arranged in a matrix. The memory matrix is formed by interconnecting the memory cells within a memory block in parallel with each other to memory diffusion strips, and each of source and drain regions are shared within the memory block through the memory diffusion strips. The memory diffusion strips are each formed in a memory block dependent of other memory blocks and are respectively connected to each of metal bit lines through each of block select transistors, respectively. Control gates that are formed adjacent to the same portion of a drain diffusion strip are connected to form a control gate pair. The control gate pair is then connected to every other pair to thereby obviate possible disturbances during the read operation.

摘要: A torque generating mechanism for a chain drive system of a bicycle which comprises a main shaft fixed with a chain wheel and a first gear, an auxiliary shaft arranged parallel to the main shaft, a second gear fixed to the auxiliary shaft so as to mesh with the first gear, a first lever fixed to the auxiliary shaft, a first crank lever pivotally connected to the free end of the first lever and formed with a guide slot which is engaged with a protruding pin formed eccentrically of the chain wheel, an auxiliary lever fixed to the other end of the main shaft and provided with a protruding pin at the top end thereof, a second lever fixed to the other end of the auxiliary shaft, a second crank lever pivotally connected to the second lever and provided with a guide slot which is engaged with the protruding pin, and a pair of pedals pivotally connected to the free end of each crank lever. The crank lever can move in a non-circular path so that the pedal is moved in the most forward position when the rider applies the pedaling force, thereby increasing torque for driving the bicycle.

摘要: A superconductive coil has both its terminals connected in parallel with a protecting device which has a diode and a unipolar d.c. motor connected in series with each other. The superconductive coil is further connected with an energizing d.c. power source through a switch. The conductive direction of the diode is so selected that the d.c. motor is driven by the energizing energy of the superconductive coil when the switch is opened in the quenching operation of the superconductive coil.

摘要: A high-frequency module enabling sufficient attenuation over a wide frequency range outside of a passband includes a triplexer including a combination of an LPF, a BPF, and HPFs arranged to demultiplex a signal input from a common terminal into a first communication signal, a second communication signal, and a third communication signal in different frequency bands, and to output the first, second, and third communication signals from individual terminals. The individual terminals of the triplexer are connected to respective baluns. The baluns are configured such that the respective passbands of the baluns overlap the respective frequency bands of the communication signals and the respective passbands of the triplexer, and the attenuation of the baluns at the attenuation poles of the triplexer is −3 dB or greater. This configuration provides high attenuation in the rebound bands of the attenuation poles.

摘要: An inkjet head is disclosed, including a nozzle plate, a passage substrate, and a diaphragm. The nozzle plate forms multiple nozzles for discharging ink. A passage substrate joints to the nozzle plate. On the passage substrate, an individual liquid chamber leading to a nozzle, and a liquid supply chamber connected to the individual liquid chamber through an individual passage are formed for each of the multiple nozzles. The diaphragm forms a piezoelectric element which is laminated on a side opposite to the nozzle plate of the passage substrate and includes a lower electrode, a piezoelectric body, and an upper electrode. The liquid supply chamber formed for each of the multiple nozzles is compartmented by a bulkhead from an other liquid supply chamber, and each of the liquid supply chamber and the other liquid supply chamber include multiple ink supply ports.
