Abstract: The present invention is intended to provide a protective cover, comprising an inner ring 12 with an inner ring track surface 12A on an outer peripheral surface; an outer ring 13 with an outer ring track surface 13A on an inner peripheral surface; a bearing with rolling elements 14 between the inner ring track surface 12A and the outer ring track surface 13A; a magnetic encoder 8 that is positioned at one axial end portion of the bearing and fixed to the inner ring 12; and a magnetic sensor that is fixed to the outer ring 13, a cup-shaped protective cover 1 press-fitted into the outer ring 13 to cover the magnetic encoder 8 and intervene between the magnetic encoder 8 and the magnetic sensor is formed by performing cold press molding of an austenitic stainless steel plate material with a nickel content of 8.5 to 13 weight %.

Abstract: Provided is a hub unit bearing wherein a cover can be firmly fitted with an outer ring member, and it is difficult for foreign matter to enter inside through a water drainage hole formed in the cover. The cover that covers the inside end section in the axial direction of the hub unit bearing includes a disk section, a small-diameter cylindrical section bent in the axial direction from the outer perimeter edge section of the disk section and a large-diameter cylindrical section. A cut and raised section that is cut and raised toward the inside in the radial direction is formed in the small-diameter cylindrical section, and a water drainage hole that passes through from inside to outside the cover is provided in the portion that is cut and separated from the small-diameter cylindrical section.

Abstract: Implementations of a wheel bearing greater are provided. In some implementations, the wheel bearing greater may be connected to a pressurized grease source and used to pack grease into a bearing. In some implementations, the wheel bearing greater comprises a cylindrical portion configured to be inserted within an inner race of a bearing. In some implementations, the cylindrical portion comprises a solid cylinder having a channel extending around the outer surface of the cylindrical portion; a grease inlet port extending from an outer surface of a shoulder portion and through a portion of the cylindrical portion, and at least a first grease ejection port extending from the grease inlet port to the channel. Abstract: A wheel bearing arrangement for a vehicle, comprising at least one roller bearing, wherein at least one of the roller bearings is a ball bearing, which includes an inner ring and an outer ring, wherein both rings have raceways for balls being located between the rings. To ensure a sufficient lifetime of the roller bearings and to minimize the friction in the bearing, the at least one of the rings of the bearing arrangement is made from a ball bearing steel produced by a powder metallurgical process using a powder metallurgy component including 0.5 to 2.0 weight-% C, a maximum of 0.035 weight-% S, 3.0 to 5.0 weight-% Cr, 1.0 to 4.0 weight-% V, 1.0 to 12.0 weight-% W and 2.0 to 12.0 weight-% Mo, wherein at least one raceway has a radius and the balls have a diameter which fulfills the equation: radius/diameter>0.53.

Abstract: A bearing assembly includes a casing, a rotatable shaft disposed in the casing, a bearing unit coaxially coupled between the rotatable shaft and the casing, and an oil seal arrangement. The oil seal arrangement includes an inner sealing member, and an outer sealing member, and an oil filling unit. The inner sealing member is coaxially extended from the rotatable shaft to the casing for enclosing the bearing unit within the casing and for sealing and retaining lubricant within the casing. The outer sealing member is coaxially extended from the rotatable shaft to the casing at a position apart from the inner sealing member to form an oil reserving chamber between the inner and outer sealing members for reserving a predetermined of reserved lubricant. The oil filling unit is formed at the casing to communicate with the oil reserving chamber for refilling the reserved lubricant thereinto.

According to the present invention, driving torque of a constant velocity joint may be stably delivered to the wheel hub and noise may be reduced.
