    摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for a lattice-type filter. In example aspects, the apparatus includes a filter circuit having a first port that is single-ended and a second port that is single-ended. The filter circuit also includes a transformer, a first resonator, a second resonator, a third resonator, and a fourth resonator. The transformer includes a first terminal, a second terminal, and a third terminal, with the third terminal coupled to the second port. The first resonator is coupled between the first port and the first terminal of the transformer. The second resonator is coupled between the first port and the second terminal of the transformer. The third resonator is coupled between the first terminal of the transformer and a ground. The fourth resonator is coupled between the second terminal of the transformer and the ground.

    摘要: A switchable filter may include a first acoustic resonator including first electrodes, and a first resonant layer between the first electrodes and having electrostrictive material. The switchable filter may further include a second acoustic resonator including second electrodes, and a second resonant layer between the second electrodes and having electrostrictive material. The second acoustic resonator may be acoustically coupled with the first acoustic resonator. At least one of the first electrodes and at least one of the second electrodes may be arranged between the first resonant layer and the second resonant layer. The electrostrictive material may adjust a resonance and a filter switching of the first and second acoustic resonators as a function of a control voltage applied to terminals of the first and second acoustic resonators. Two electrodes from one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes may be filter input electrodes. Two electrodes from one of the first electrodes and the second electrodes may be filter output electrodes.

    摘要: A bandpass filter includes input and output terminals, first and second acoustic resonators, and an acoustic coupling layer. The first acoustic resonator includes first and second electrodes, and a piezoelectric layer between the first and second electrodes. The first electrode of the first acoustic resonator is connected to the input terminal. The second acoustic resonator includes first and second electrodes, and a piezoelectric layer between the first and second electrodes. The acoustic coupling is provided between the second electrode of the first acoustic resonator and the first electrode of the second acoustic resonator. The output terminal is connected to the second electrode of the second acoustic resonator. A capacitor extends between the input terminal and the output terminal. The filter's frequency response includes at least two transmission zeros.
