摘要: A steel foil according to an aspect of the present invention includes, by mass %, C: 0.0001 to 0.02%; Si: 0.001 to 0.01%; Mn: 0.01 to 0.3%; P: 0.001 to 0.02%; S: 0.0001 to 0.01%; Al: 0.0005 to 0.1%; N: 0.0001 to 0.004%; and a balance consisting of Fe and impurities, wherein a thickness is 5 to 15 μm, and a tensile strength is more than 900 MPa and 1.200 MPa or less.

摘要: This high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet having excellent local deformability contains, in mass %, C: 0.07% to 0.20%; Si: 0.001% to 2.5%; Mn: 0.01% to 4.0%; P: 0.001% to 0.15%; S: 0.0005% to 0.03%; Al: 0.001% to 2.0%; N: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and O: 0.0005% to 0.01%; and a balance being composed of iron and inevitable impurities, in which an area ratio of bainite in a metal structure is 95% or more, at a sheet thickness center portion being a range of ⅝ to ⅜ in sheet thickness from the surface of the steel sheet, an average value of pole densities of the {100} to {223} orientation group is 4.0 or less, and a pole density of the {332} crystal orientation is 5.0 or less, and a mean volume diameter of crystal grains in the metal structure is 10 μm or less.

摘要: An abrasion resistant steel plate or steel sheet suitable for use in construction machines, industrial machines, and the like and a method for manufacturing the same. In particular, a steel plate or steel sheet has a composition containing 0.20% to 0.30% C, 0.05% to 1.0% Si, 0.40% to 1.20% Mn, P, S, 0.1% or less Al, 0.01% or less N, and 0.0003% to 0.0030% B on a mass basis, the composition further containing one or more of Cr, Mo, and W, the composition further containing one or more of Nb, Ti, Cu, Ni, V, an REM, Ca, and Mg as required, the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities. A semi-finished product having the above steel composition is heated, hot rolling is performed, air cooling is performed, reheating is performed, and accelerated cooling is then performed or accelerated cooling is performed immediately after hot rolling.

摘要: A hot rolled steel sheet consisting of, in mass %, C: 0.05% to 0.15%, Si: 0% to 0.2%, Al: 0.5% to 3.0%, Mn: 1.2% to 2.5%, P: 0.1% or less, S: 0.01% or less, N: 0.007% or less, Ti: 0.03% to 0.10%, Nb: 0.008% to 0.06%, V: 0% to 0.12%, one or more of Cr, Cu, Ni, and Mo: 0% to 2.0% in total, B: 0% to 0.005%, one or more of Ca, Mg, La, and Ce: 0% to 0.01% in total, total amount of Si and Al: 0.8×(Mn−1)% or more, total amount of Ti and Nb: 0.04% to 0.14%, and the balance: Fe and impurities. In a structure of steel, a total area ratio of martensite and retained austenite is 3% to 20%, an area ratio of ferrite is 50% to 96%, and an area ratio of pearlite is 3% or less. In a superficial layer part, the thickness in a sheet thickness direction of a region in which a network-like oxide is present is less than 0.5 μm, and a maximum tensile strength is 720 MPa or more.

摘要: A steel sheet used for hot stamping includes, by weight percent, 0.18˜0.42% of C, 4˜8.5% of Mn and 0.8˜3.0% of Si+Al with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities. The alloy elements of the steel sheet enable the actual measured value of the martensitic transformation start temperature after hot stamping to be ≦280° C. The method for manufacturing the component includes: heating the material to 700˜850° C. and then stamping; cooling it to the temperature that is 150˜260° C. below the martensitic transformation start temperature by cooling in a die, cooling by air, water, or other methods; heating the component to a temperature ranging from 160 to 450° C. and maintaining the temperature for 1 to 100000 seconds for heat treatment, and then cooling the component to room temperature. The formed component has a yield strength of ≧1200 MPa, a tensile strength of ≧1600 MPa and a total elongation of ≧10%.

In the high-strength hot-rolled steel sheet, a ratio of a length of small-angle crystal grain boundaries that are boundaries having a crystal orientation angle of 5° or more but less than 15° to a length of large-angle crystal grain boundaries that are boundaries having a crystal orientation angle of 15° or more is 1:1 to 1:4, an total segregation amount of C and B in the large-angle grain boundaries is 4 to 20 atoms/nm2, tensile strength is 850 MPa or higher, and a hole expansion ratio is 25% or more.
