    摘要: A high voltage output driver circuit includes a first regulator having a first input, a second input, and an output coupled to the second input, a second regulator having a first input, a second input and an output, a driver having a first signal input, a second signal input, a first control input coupled to the output of the first regulator, a second control input coupled to the output of the second regulator, a first control output, and a second control output, a first power transistor coupled to the first control output of the driver, and a second power transistor coupled to the second control output of the driver. An integrated circuit comprising the high voltage output driver does not require external bootstrap components, such as capacitors, nor the attendant extra pins required to connect to such external bootstrap components.

    摘要: A one-chip igniter is formed by a convenient manufacturing process and at a low cost. A device to switch a power semiconductor switch is provided, the device comprising a first semiconductor switch which is turned on or turned off in response to a first control signal input to a gate and, if turned on, provides a high voltage to a gate of the power semiconductor switch, and a voltage boosting circuit which boosts a voltage of the first control signal that turns the first semiconductor switch on. As one example, the voltage boosting circuit boosts a voltage of the first control signal which turns the first semiconductor switch on to a higher voltage than a high voltage.

    摘要: Push-pull half-bridge magnetoresistive switch, comprising two magnetic sensor chips, each magnetic sensor chip having a magnetic induction resistor and a magnetic induction resistor electrical connection pad. The two magnetic sensor chips are electrically interconnected and have opposite and parallel directions of induction, thus forming the push-pull half-bridge circuit. The magnetic induction resistor comprises one or a plurality of magnetoresistive elements connected in series. The magnetic induction resistor pads are located at adjacent edges of the magnetic sensor chips, and each pad may accommodate the welding of at least two bonding wires. The magnetoresistive switch may improve the sensitivity of a sensor, and decrease output voltage deviation and output voltage temperature drift, which is beneficial for decreasing the volume and increasing the performance of the switch sensor.
