摘要: In relation to the built-in self-test circuit (BIST circuit) for testing CAM macros, the present invention is intended to provide a means to enable reduction in amount of materials as required for wiring channel region for signal distribution, buffer, FF, etc., and in number of LSI pins, and further, to facilitate mounting on chips. The data generators for CAM testing, inserted between the APG for RAMs and CAM macros, create data to write to the CAM macros by obtaining the address signals directly or by decoding the same signals. The APG is common to all the memory macros, and testing proper to each CAM can be carried out by changing over the operation of the inserted data generators by means of the control signal. The data generators are arranged in the proximity of the CAM macros, the circuits to be tested.

摘要: The present invention provides a deployment technique that can distribute OS images at a high speed. The system of the present invention comprises a deployment machine (hereafter abbreviated to “DM”), a plurality of servers which are connected to the DM via a first communications network, and a storage system which is connected to the DM and the plurality of servers via a second communications network. The storage system comprises a plurality of server storage devices that respectively correspond to the plurality of servers, and an original storage device in which an OS image is stored. The DM transmits a first instruction to produce the OS image inside the original storage device in each of the plurality of server storage devices to the storage system, and after the OS image inside the original storage device is produced in each of the plurality of server storage devices in accordance with the first instruction, the respective servers read the OS images in the server storage devices corresponding to themselves via the second communications network, and start the OS.

摘要: The invention provides a connector including a housing, contacts, and an actuator. The housing includes a first depression and second depressions. The second depressions are provided at opposite edges of the first depression and each include a bottom surface forming a slope. The contacts are arranged at intervals in the housing and each include a hook to be disposed within the first depression. The actuator includes bosses and a shaft. The bosses are received in the second depressions. The shaft is received in the first depression. When the actuator is in an upright position, the bosses are on the slopes and the shaft is positioned on the other side of the hooks. When the actuator rotates from the upright position to a lying position, the bosses rotatingly move up along the slopes and the shaft thereby move to the one side to be engaged with the hooks.

摘要: The invention provides a multipolar connector wherein one terminal row can be divided into a plurality of rows (row conversion) while reducing an impedance mismatch. A multipolar connector (1) includes a terminal group (40) in which a plurality of terminals (4) are arranged in one row in contact portions (4a) with respect to terminals of a counter connector, and, while being then passed through a row converting portion (45), one terminal row (41) is divided into a plural-row portion (44) consisting of two rows (42, 43) and functioning as a connecting portion that is opposite to the counter connector, and row-converted to a substantially zigzag arrangement. The terminal group includes two specific terminals (46, 47) in which, in the plural-row portion (44), the terminal width (L1) is wider than the terminal width (L2) of the contact portions (4a). The two specific terminals constitute a terminal pair for transmitting differential signals.
