摘要： A lavatory pan device for separating stool and urine includes a stool and urine tray, a supporting device, and a moment force producing device. The stool and urine tray consists of a flat plate and the rib inclining upward and extending outward from the whole or partial edge of the flat plate. The lavatory pan has an opening or an entry way at the longitudinal side and is connected on the supporting device. Through the moment force produced by the prescribed moment force producing device, the stool and urine tray can roll over on the supporting device. The described moment force producing device is set on the stool and urine tray and it is between tow supports of the above supporting device and the opening or entry way.

摘要： A method of fabricating a semiconductor device is illustrated. A substrate having a plurality of trenches is provided. The plurality of trenches include trenches having differing widths. A first layer is formed on the substrate including in the plurality of trenches. Forming the first layer creates an indentation in the first layer in a region overlying a trench (e.g., wide trench). A second layer is formed in the indentation. The first layer is etched while the second layer remains in the indentation. The second layer may protect the region of indentation from further reduction in thickness. In an embodiment, the first layer is polysilicon and the second layer is BARC of photoresist.

摘要： In one embodiment, a semiconductor device package includes: (1) a substrate unit; (2) connecting elements disposed adjacent to a periphery of the substrate unit and extending upwardly from an upper surface of the substrate unit; (3) a semiconductor device disposed adjacent to the upper surface of the substrate unit and electrically connected to the substrate unit; and (4) a package body disposed adjacent to the upper surface of the substrate unit and covering the semiconductor device. A lateral surface of the package body is substantially aligned with a lateral surface of the substrate unit. The package body defines openings that at least partially expose respective ones of the connecting elements. At least one of the connecting elements has a width WC, and at least one of the openings has a width WU adjacent to an upper surface of the package body, such that WU>WC.

摘要： The present invention relates to a digitally controlled switched-mode power supply, wherein a switched-mode power supply is provided with a control circuit, which comprises a signal amplifier unit able to receive digital signals or analog signals and a switching controller able to receive the signals. The switching controller uses the signals to produce a clock signal, after which the clock signal is output, whereupon the signal amplifier unit feeds a signal back to control the switching controller. The signal amplifier unit is provided with at least one amplifier element, and when the amplifier element receives a digital signal or analog signal, then the signal is transmitted to the switching controller. Accordingly, the control circuit achieves the effectiveness to not only receive and transmit digital signals, but also receive and transmit analog signals, and is thus provided with the advantage of enormous flexibility.
