A connector for a Low Profile (LP) fuse which has an increased fixing force, so as to prevent a secured LP fuse from being separated by external forces, such as vibration of a vehicle, etc. The connector for a Low Profile (LP) fuse includes a body, a rear member, and a pair of supporting arms. The body is adapted for insertion into a body receiving passageway of a fuse box. The body includes a lower end electrically connected to an electric wire. The rear member extends from the body into the body receiving passageway, while the pair of supporting members are bent from opposite sides of the rear member. The pair of supporting members extend parallel to each other.

Methods, systems and computer program products that may improve the efficiency of the video encoding process. Mode decision processing and bit stream packing may be performed in parallel for various frames in a sequence. This reduces the amount of idle time for both the mode decision processing logic and the bit stream packing logic, improving the overall efficiency of the video encoder.

A method for manufacturing a photomask includes forming a photoresist film on a substrate, and forming a defect detecting pattern on the photoresist film. The defect detecting pattern has a first pattern elongated in a first direction and a second pattern overlapping one end of the first pattern and elongated in a second direction different from the first direction. The first pattern and the second pattern are formed using electron beams (e-beam) diffracted by a same amplifier.

A method of forming bumps of a semiconductor device with reduced solder bump collapse. The method includes preparing a semiconductor substrate in which pads are exposed externally from a passivation layer; forming a seed layer on the semiconductor substrate; forming a photoresist pattern to expose the seed layer on the pads; forming pillars by performing a primary electroplating on a region exposed by the photoresist pattern; forming a solder layer by performing a secondary electroplating on the pillars; removing the photoresist pattern; forming solder bumps, in which solders partially cover surfaces of the pillars, by performing a reflow process on the semiconductor substrate; and removing portions of the seed layer formed in regions other than the solder bumps.

Disclosed is a method for preparing ajoene including: (a) obtaining garlic pulp or garlic extract from garlic; (b) mixing the garlic pulp or garlic extract with animal lipid to form a reaction mixture; and (c) heating the reaction mixture to obtain ajoene. The ajoene prepared according to the present disclosure may be encapsulated with gelatin. According to the present disclosure, ajoene can be prepared with a yield 2 times or more than that of the existing methods. Thus, ajoene can be provided as active ingredient for foods and medicines more cost-effectively. Also, the production protocol according to the present disclosure is suitable for large-scale production of ajoene.

The lens driving apparatus includes a base formed at a center thereof with a first opening; a housing coupled with the base and having a second opening corresponding to the first opening; a yoke installed on the base and including a horizontal plate having a third opening corresponding to the first opening and a vertical plate protruding upward from the horizontal plate; a bobbin movably installed in the yoke and coupled with a lens module; a coil fixedly disposed around the bobbin; a plurality of magnets provided at the vertical plate of the yoke to face the coil; and a spring installed on at least one of upper and lower portions of the yoke to return the bobbin, which has moved up due to interaction between the magnet and the coil, to its initial position.

The broadcast receiving apparatus includes an output unit which outputs a user interface window containing a plurality of groups having at least one broadcast channel, an input unit which receives a zapping command, a receiving unit which is tuned to a broadcast channel and receives a broadcast signal, and a control unit which controls the receiving unit, if one from among the plurality of groups categorized according to at least one criterion of categorization is selected and the zapping command is inputted, so that the receiving unit is tuned to the broadcast channels belonging to the selected group in sequence.

A printed circuit board (PCB) includes a base substrate, an electrical wiring, a dummy pad and a thermally conductive adhesion member. The base substrate includes a light-emitting diode (LED) mounted on a first surface of the base substrate. The electrical wiring is electrically connected to the LED. The dummy pad is formed on the first surface to be connected to the electrical wiring. The thermally conductive adhesion member is attached to a second surface of the base substrate. Therefore, superior heat radiation may be obtained, thereby reducing or preventing damage to the LED and the LCD device using the LED by radiating the heat from the LED used as a light source.
