Abstract:
An information retrieval apparatus includes contents, an index data generating unit, a character frequency management data generating unit, a compressing/encrypting unit, a retrieval initializing unit, a full text retrieving unit, and a retrieval result displaying unit. The character frequency management data generating unit generates character frequency management data based on the contents. The compressing/encrypting unit compresses the contents and encrypts the character frequency management data. The retrieval initializing unit decrypts encrypted character frequency management data. The full text retrieving unit executes full text retrieval for compressed contents using the character frequency management data and index data when receiving a retrieval keyword. The retrieval result displaying unit decompresses a retrieval candidate selected from retrieval candidates and displays as a retrieval result.
Abstract:
A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a first insulating film supported by a semiconductor substrate, forming an aluminum layer supported by the first insulating film, etching the aluminum layer to form a bonding pad and fuse elements, depositing by plasma chemical vapor deposition a second insulating film covering the bonding pad and the fuse elements, the second insulating film having planar portions between the fuse elements and ridged portions opposite the fuse elements, depositing by plasma chemical vapor deposition a third insulating film covering the second insulating film, etching the third insulating film to form a first hole exposing a first region of the second insulating film, opposite the fuse elements, and a second hole exposing a second region of the second insulating film, opposite at least part of said bonding pad, and etching the second insulating film to form a third hole exposing at least part of the bonding pad.
Abstract:
There is provided a ventilation structure formed in an automobile door, which is made up of a door inner panel having a hole therethrough. A door hole seal is installed in an interior side of the door inner panel. The door hole seal has a slit or an air hole nearby the hole of the door inner panel, and it covers at least the hole. A door trim is installed on the interior side of the door inner panel sandwiching the door hole seal in combination with the door inner panel. There is/are partially or successively formed a gap or gaps between a periphery of the door trim and the door inner panel. At the time the door is closed, the air in the interior of an automobile is ejected to the exterior of the automobile through the gap or the gaps, the slit or the air hole, and a drain hole which is formed in the door inner panel.
Abstract:
A control device determines whether a motor generator is controlled in a PWM control mode, an overmodulation control mode or a rectangular-wave control mode. If a command to perform a boosting operation by a voltage step-up converter is issued while the motor generator is controlled in the rectangular-wave control mode, the control device controls an inverter to drive the motor generator by switching the control mode to the overmodulation or PWM control mode. Further, the control device controls the inverter to drive the motor generator by suppressing increase of a torque command value.
Abstract:
There is provided a weather strip for use on a sunroof which can be firmly built in a seal holder even if there occur variations in molding dimensions. The weather strip comprises a thicker base part which is engaged in a built-in recess of the seal holder fixed to a roof glass, a hollow seal part which elastically contacts a roof panel, and a thinner barrel part which is integrally formed between the thicker base part and the hollow seal part and is clamped by an upper protrusion part and a lower protrusion part which are formed in the built-in recess to protrude therein, wherein a continuous angle between an upper surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part and that between a lower surface of the thinner barrel part and the hollow seal part are set 90° respectively, and an ascent slope is formed on the upper surface of the thinner barrel part and ascends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part, and a descent slope is formed on the lower surface of the thinner barrel part and descends aslant from the hollow seal part toward the thicker base part.
Abstract:
There is provided a weather strip for use on a sunroof capable of preventing squeak noises being generated in advance between a hollow seal part and a roof panel during traveling of a car by allowing the hollow seal part to satisfactorily follow vibrations of the roof panel. The weather strip ensures sealing property between a roof glass mounted on the sunroof of a car and a roof panel and comprises a built-in base part attached to the roof glass, and a hollow seal part composed of continuous ends integrally formed with the built-in base part and having substantially a circular cross section, a tip end contact part elastically contacting the roof panel, wherein thicker parts protruding inward and being continuous with the built-in base part are formed on the continuous ends of the hollow seal part and protrusions protruding inward are formed on substantially middle parts between the continuous ends and the tip end contact part.
Abstract:
The restart properties of a light source even under the condition of a hot restart is improved, and suppression of the danger of an insulation breakdown in an unintended area is achieved by a light source comprising a discharge lamp in which a pair of main discharge electrodes are located opposite a discharge space; an auxiliary electrode arranged such that it does not come into contact with the discharge space; a feed circuit that supplies a discharge current to the main discharge electrodes; and a starter that produces a high voltage between one of the main discharge electrodes and the auxiliary electrode, wherein, during a time interval during which the starter produces said high voltage, a high voltage is also applied to the main discharge electrodes at least during a portion of the time interval.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a multilayered pipe for hot water circulation having excellent oxygen barrier properties and anti-crack properties, in particular, excellent anti-crack properties at low temperatures by using a thermoplastic resin composition comprising 50 to 99% by weight of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and 1 to 50% by weight of multilayered polymer particles (B).
Abstract:
This invention provides a method of controlling condition of an assembled battery mounted in a self-generation electric vehicle. The method is comprised of the following steps: detecting battery voltage and battery current repeatedly; estimating a constant-power voltage on the basis of the battery voltage and the battery current; setting a target voltage; comparing the constant-power-discharge voltage with the target voltage to provide a difference therebetween; and charging or discharging the battery to reduce the difference when the battery is not operated. The constant-power voltage is set as a function of a remaining capacity of the battery when a preset constant power is charged to or discharged from the battery.
